I have been a customer at this TD bank for 8 years, I have always found all the Staff to be helpful and very pleasant to deal with but one has to get a Service Award from me! I recently opened a checking account here and they made quick and simple. They do have fees like other banks, but they don't gouge you and make the fees easy to avoid. One of the best features is that they still offer drive thru service for their account holders. Something many other banks in America, HINT HINT, did away with. read more

They've replaced the ATMs. The new ones are trash. They seldom work. I called the branch to ask why the new atm drive up has been broken for 5 days in a row. The rude employee advised that they have nothing to do with the new ATMs. They are maintained by an outside company. What a pathetic Joke! read more

The few times I have gone to this bank, I had been referred to Lakita. Always accommodating, always helpful, always friendly and always a pleasure to do business with! Last time, it was a time consuming appointment. I did not detect any rush or attitude on her part. Afterwards, she was smiling and just such a pleasure to deal with. Horrible. Had the most painful experience with this bank on having fraud on my account. It took them4 months to refund me my money that someone had cashed a check that was initially for my lawn guy. The paper trail was evident that there was fraud and they had me and my lawn guy jump through hoops signing affidavit's on top of already filing a police report. I had to constantly call for updates which there were no updates provided and was well over the 90 day period of "investigation" with a Michael Arcaroli (fraud investigator) that I called numerous times with ZERO return call back. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Luckily my attorney made a call to this good for nothing fraud investigator, Michael, because we are pursuing charges against the woman who cashed the check.. the only woman I want to thank is Rebecca at TD bank/this branch because she heard me out, frustration and all, and actually gave me a call back and noticed me she was able to get ahold of Michael and my money was to be returned that night. Awful experience! The bank manager, Ms. Davidson I believe, was so rude and condescending when I went in to discuss my new business account. She spoke to me with such a nasty combative attitude. Very unprofessional. I have been a loyal TD customer for decades now and was treated with so much disrespect. So before going to the branch today to deposit money, I decided to look at yelp for fun and see what people have said. Well it looks like everybody hated on this branch, but as soon as I got there the guard outside opened the door for me and greeted me, and welcomed. Once I got in both tellers from across the room greeted me and said welcome. I filled out the slip, went up to one of the tellers, and he was one of the most pleasant people I have ever met in a bank. Worst bank in the world!!!!! Charge $7.00 to cash a 20$ check....Service at this location is horrible. I explained my situation to the manager and she still charged me $7 on a 20$ check. If I wasn't broke I wouldn't have been there cashing it inthe first place. I have an account but realized that nice buildlng bank has not basic infrastructure for their clients. The bank has not wi fi. The toll free telephone # would take at least 45 minutes to answer the phone. My branch on Sundays has only 3 staff members: 2 as tellers and one to attend the public opening an account or other services. I was there yesterday and since they were 3 persons before me, I decided not to wait. 3 persons opening an account would take at least 1/2 hour each. Why opening the bank if a minimum staff members are not present to service the public particularly a Sunday when people are off from work and can spare the time to visit the bank? Yes the bank is open 7 days a week but such under conditions? read more

This is the greatest bank. The employees are all so friendly, and I never have to wait more than a few seconds. And it's good that they have a $100 required balance, because a lot of people don't have thousands of dollars to keep in their checking account. Never again. Worst bank on the planet. In 2010 I took a 15 year fixed mortgage loan from TD. Decent rate. I was never late with a payment. I paid the loan off in early February 2019. At the time I inquired about the return of excess escrow which was almost $800. I was informed I could expect a check in 7-10 days. After two weeks I called to inquire about the escrow check. The check was allegedly signed on the 15th of the month (Feb) and sent to the "mail room" . Only God knows what happens to signed checks when they enter the TD Bank mail room. We are now in March 2019 and no sign of the check. Clearly they drag their feet when it comes to returning your money, most likely because they are allowed by banking regulators to take their sweet time. This loan was the first time I ever used TD Bank. Never again. I recommend choosing another bank. read more

They are severely understaffed and when they hire new staff they only work there for a short time before they quit. This branch needs a complete revamp with a focus on customer service and being able to accommodate the clients. There is an old saying..."The Fish Stinks from the Head". And their head needs to be gone. I called the branch recently, was put on hold then when she came back on the phone told me to call a 1-800 automated call centre to get my answers. Not satisfactory. I called back and she put me on hold for 45 minutes...I was just that stubborn to see what it would take. Finally hung up the phone, called back and was answered on the first ring...they know how to answer the phone but not to take any questions without putting you on hold. Once I finally spoke to a supervisor, she lamented that she has not had a day off in 16 days...what the hell is the management there doing? If this was a small businss it would be gone in short order. This bank would not or should not survive if it were in Canada where TD (Toronto Dominion) it's parent company would surely have better staffing and customer service. I have banked at TD Canada Trust in Canada for years..they have staff and they know how to accommodate you. Run...do not walk. I will be closing my accounts and moving them to PNC Bank which is affiliated with the Royal Bank of Canada... read more
