What should have been a 15 min process took an hour and a half! When we got there they didn't have anyone scheduled to meet us, even though we received confirmation las week of our appointment (really!). So, an inexperienced guy did his best to help us and he was very nice and tried his best but had to call their help desk who transferred him around. We finally started complaining so he asked his asst manager to help but even then it took the 2 of them 45 mins before we could leave...and I think they were still trying to input information. I've been to this location 3 times now and every single time it takes forever and their excuse is the technology. it's ridiculous. This company needs better training for all of their employees because the customers are the ones suffering for the lack of it.

I can remember last year when a hurricane was coming our way, people were frantic trying to withdraw money and the staff at this location just went above and beyond trying to help everyone and stay positive... I can remember another time when a teller actually walked outside with me to help me with a deposit at the ATM machine... The lady actually showed me all these cool things you can do on the ATM that I never knew before and took the time to show me.
