The one and only teller ( 2 times I was there only 1 teller each time) standing at a long counter. Not any kind of protective counter at all so they could be rushed at any time. She was in the middle of the freaking room. Then the teller has to turn around and walk to another room to go get the receipt. Who thought that was a great idea? What jerk in administration who has never dealt with the public or had to handle money thought this was a good idea seriously? No efficiency in that aspect. not only that there's now a person standing when you walk in to tell you to go wait online to deposit money really I've never had to do that before. novel I have to wait online. I don't need somebody to tell me to go wait on the damn I can see the and the one and only tell her I've never in my life seen such absolute asinine construction bank and the fact that they're gonna do the rest of them the same way is absolutely teller in the middle of the bank with no protection around her at all yeah great idea. Now somebody from the Board of directors or maybe someone administration should go in and try to do some banking or there even that would be better go work as a teller in the new bank that you people bunch of jackasses This is in no way a reflection of the people who work in that particular branch. They're all very nice. They're all very competent.. It's not their fault that administration chose a really, really, really bad design for working with money.
