One person was handling all the drive up customers, while another had a window open for the customers inside. The other people behind the counter were sort of just walking around. One was clearly a manager. Instead of opening a new window for the line of people waiting, he walked out from behind the counter to ask people in line if they wanted water. It was a hot day, but I would have much rather finished my business faster and gotten back into my air conditioned car. Another employee stood by the door and said goodbye. Overall customer service rating: friendly, but poor. The lone woman working the window was friendly, helpful, and quick.

However unlike the Cherry Hill location and some of the Philadelphia locations this location does not have an ATM outside of the building which means those valuable live teller ATM machines that American Heritage has is not accessible to you at all. Now the reason I made this yelp is because of the interactions I had with the actual teller in the building. Mary Ann did not want to be bothered and that was clear.
