I have spoken to them repeatedly and told my account was locked and being closed and my funds would be returned. Well that day has come and gone and now there is "New Hold" two weeks later. This is absolutely unacceptable, you can't get anyone on the 800 number to help. It is an absolute disgrace. They should be fined and held in contempt for what they are doing to hard working, honest peoples money.

Now I'm told that the offer that I applied for was expired and I applied under a new offer which required different deposits. I was never informed of this I called several times I was told when I would be getting my money I was told yesterday that I was getting my money yesterday and today I was told that no I'm not getting my money at all. To top it off I had a fraud issue with this account last week. I will be closing my account and never setting foot in this bank again.
