The building and parking lot are all meticulously kept clean. They have a beautiful fish tank, several TVs and video game systems for the kids to play while waiting (not that you ever have to wait, so I don't think they ever get played ). Dr Brust is such a cool guy who has so much energy, always has cheesy jokes, and makes it a point to make a connection with every single person that walks through his doors (family of patients included). There have been a couple times when their system didn't charge us our monthly fee like it was supposed to, and they were very easy to work with to straighten it out. The ladies at the front desk usually seem kind of snotty, but I only deal with them for the 2 seconds it takes to schedule the next appointment, so whatever, they don't bother me. My daughter's teeth look beautiful and we are looking forward to her braces coming off for good this fall. I can not stress enough, Dr Brust is who you want to be your orthodontist.

The entire staff is kind and helpful. Our first to have braces only had them for a couple of years. Her teeth weren't too bad but we started kind of late with her. Her teeth are still so beautiful!! Our second and third children had to start much earlier. Typically they start with phase one which is for making space and expanding the mouth for adult teeth. Both of our boys have been through phase one and are heading into phase two. Dr. Brust is sooo good with the kids! The office has video games for the kids to play, a beautiful fish tank, a hot drink and snack area, and a play area for younger siblings. They also have an excellent payment plan available making it affordable for everyone to have beautiful teeth!! Great place for kids!!!!

We always know the same orthodontists and receptionists. It's amazing what they have done for my teeth. I have had expanders and currently, braces. They let you do MULTICOLORED and have so many color options for braces. They always offer you snacks and have a coffee machine with monthly flavors! Their waiting room makes you feel so comfy and welcomed. In the back, they have a fish tank. Honestly, that's my favorite part of SBK. They have an adorable goby to play peek-a-boo with! I have been going to Dr. Nolan and team for several years now (I am now braces-free, but there are yearly checkups) and always have just the best experience. Everyone there is very professional and helpful. They really make you feel like you're getting your money's worth. They are very professional and run a tight ship. We have never waited more than 5-10 minutes past our appointment time, and even that is rare. If I have questions, Dr. Nolan and/or his staff is more than happy to answer them in the office or over the phone. We have never had a problem scheduling emergency appointments for a broken wire or lose bracket (which will happen w/ young children eating things they shouldn't...no matter how many times you tell them not to). I especially appreciate the follow-up care they provide, free of charge, to monitor my child who had her braces/appliances taken off over 2 years ago. They are very thorough and explain their treatment phases with exceptional detail. I would recommend this office (and have several times) to anyone looking for a good orthodontist.

I've had to pay to finish my treatment somewhere else. I was going to wait until my treatment with my new provider was over, to tell my story, but I feel obligated to warn others of the damage this practice has done to my teeth, and many others teeth as well.
