I believe that these cost extra on the real menu. In the order notes, I requested an extra thing of ranch and additional seasoning as it's hard to go through 24 wings without the side of ranch, and what do you know, they provided with no additional charge. Great food, great service, OK price for a broke college student. Will be ordering again next week when I'm hung over in bed rot.

I didn't realize there was a line, when I said the person's name who was picking up for, the girl at the front said very passive aggressively, "There's a line but cool." I said I didn't realize there was a line and again she was brief with me and said, "Ok cool" in a very sarcastic, snarky tone. I said sorry about that and she's like whatever. Then I told her she didn't have to be so rude about it, since I wasn't going to put up with that kind of attitude, and she told me I didn't have to be so rude when I literally apologized!!! Then I tried to call up about this to resolve this issue and spoke with someone else who seemed supportive and wanted to resolve the issue, but then became quite nasty as I was speaking with them on the phone. I really wish I could report this to a manager. Extremely terrible customer service. I wish I didn't get so many orders from here. I will be reporting them to Grubhub. The food is good, but too bad the people working here aren't. If you want to come to a place where people are rude to you then this is just the spot!

I usually skip the pretzel, but I'm happy we got it because it was soft and had the perfect amount of salt. The nachos and burger took a super long time to come out. I think they were waiting to bring them out together, but that just led to soggy nachos and a lukewarm burger. The chips that weren't soggy were pretty good and the added chili was good for flavor. Drinks were good! I can't remember the specific one that I got but it was Apple flavored and perfect for the fall. They serve 32 ounce beer mugs and it was hilarious next to my tiny wine glass. I would check them out again if I were in the area and looking for this kind of atmosphere.

It cost $50/hour including shoe rental. Staffing seemed sparse and it really took a while for someone to acknowledge the 2 of us, and no one at least greeted us and let us know they'd help us shortly. It was a Sunday in April and the place was about half full. There are only about 10 lanes. No one ever came over to take a drink or food order but that could've been because I exclaimed how expensive it was for one hour of bowling. According to the April Vacation Special it seemed like I should've gotten apps but all I got was bowling & shoe rental. However, we had fun. The automated scoring, pin setup, ball return were in working order. There's lots of bowling ball weights and finger hole sizes to choose from. There's a GIGANTIC TV with some seating so it was nice to catch the Bruins game after we finished bowling.

No reservations, so get there early! An automatic bonus star for original craft cocktails and dinner specials. I abhor restaurants that rely on staple meal choices, forgetting that people need variety from the ho hum they make at home ( or can make at home- like Wood and Tap. Boo.). I love a place like this where you can look at the menu and see at least two or three things that make you think "WOW, what will I choose?". The restaurant is very bright with many high top tables. It would have felt conspicuously weird to take photos in the full-capacity situation we were in. There's also a gentleman playing acoustic guitar and singing Christmas music. Nicely done, with a professional voice and playing style. I would say, the only downside was that there didn't seem to be a consistency of how people were waiting on tables, so simple things like a set of silverware missed at our table, and then somebody brought a set and didn't bring napkins. Then one of us received the completely wrong meal and we had a delay in getting it corrected while we were already on a tight schedule with the other flubs to make the show on time. It was scattered issues like that all night that kept this from being a five star experience. It

Their baby back ribs were delicious and would rival any local barbecue. Our waitress was very patient with our many questions about the menu and was a pleasure to meet. HOWEVER...I've been to Gigantic at least three times now and I have to admit that going out of your way is worth it. The drink list is not huge, but it's never boring, changes often enough to keep me interested, and I don't recall getting anything less than excellent. If they're willing to do a "bartender's choice" type thing (I haven't tried), I might have to go even more often. To address some of the things that others mentioned: Yes, it's small, but lots of good places are. Yes, the drinks take awhile, but I don't know of ANY high-end cocktail place that can cranks them out. Get over it and enjoy your time there. I've never experienced rude or pretentious (anymore than that are always is) service, but that would annoy me. The server/bartender has always been quite nice to my friends and me. I also checked out their list of vintage liquors last time I was there. I didn't try any (because money) but the fact that they have them at all is impressive.

What we did like was the old school music, vintage feel that took on the vibes of an antique shop (it was fun to look around), and the intimate setting. The cocktails were really good and creative with a menu that updates frequently and featured some classics as well. The cocktails were a bit pricey for what you got and for the area, the snack options were very limited and overpriced, and service was very slow despite few people being in the bar. We had to ask to be served and waited over 15 minutes for the check. We are glad we checked out Gigantic and would not recommend going out of your way for it as there are other great cocktail bars in neighboring towns.

The bar itself has well kept look and not being a regular felt very comfortable going in and watching everyone have a good time and singing. The bartender was nice enough to switch out a drink if you didn't like it and have you sample the juice before mixing another drink. I didn't catch her name but she was very considerate. At one point I asked her about a beer they had and she informed me that it was a glucose free beer especially for one of the regulars. I thought that was a great gesture for their clients. Then closing came and they decided to let someone perform that already performed even though we had waited two hours and never got to perform once, and when I said that to her , her excuse was that it was a good song even though she literally said our song was a great song choice when I gave it to her! The place is small and I already struggle with the anxiety of being in a tight space with people so it was such a disappointment to patiently wait for nothing. Definitely won't be going back and don't think it's worth the trip there. Coming in or leaving you'd be bombarded with clouds of cigarette smoke because of the people that smoke right in the front, which is something I personally don't enjoy, and, besides the truck outside that always seems to be closed, there are no food options. A couple of alternatives are TD or Atlas bar in Chicopee.
