Terrible service. The woman at the register didn't greet me when I walked in the door. She proceeds to tell me my return is not in an appropriate box and that I need to purchase another box for $15. I left and drove to the UPS store on Grove Ave and they approved the box I had it in, asked no questions and gave me my receipt.

My shipment was never scanned, vanished without a trace, and the staff gave conflicting excuses. What I saw there was complete chaos -- packages stacked carelessly, no accountability, and no effort to resolve problems. Even though it carries the UPS name, this store is a franchise location and operates with no professional oversight. Do not assume the UPS logo means your package is safe here. This store should not be in Carytown considering the quality of service you receive.
