Terrible service. The woman at the register didn't greet me when I walked in the door. She proceeds to tell me my return is not in an appropriate box and that I need to purchase another box for $15. What I saw there was complete chaos -- packages stacked carelessly, no accountability, and no effort to resolve problems. Even though it carries the UPS name, this store is a franchise location and operates with no professional oversight. Do not assume the UPS logo means your package is safe here. This store should not be in Carytown considering the quality of service you receive.
