I used to really like this tea house, but ever since they changed owners it's not really the same anymore. My main issue is that the points system doesn't even work anymore and i've spent so much money coming here. I've been buying my espresso from this shop almost everyday for about a year and i never get my points anymore when i type in my phone number which is really frustrating. I already asked the manager about it and she wrote my name down and phone number so she could take a look at my account, but never did. It would be nice if they actually fixed the points system, but i don't see that happening anytime soon since all they care about is profits and not their regulars.
