Tea for Two is a hidden gem located in a strip of shops sandwiched between a fitness place and a doctor's office. Don't be fooled by the outside. The restaurant is cozy and quaint for all the ladies (and men) who lunch here. They serve fresh soups, salads, sandwiches, casseroles, quiches, and desserts. This is my husband's and my favorite go to place for lunch. Where else can you get a great soup and sandwich with a homemade piece of strawberry cake (one of my favorite desserts here)? It's fun to see the young girls come here for their first true tea party where they get to drink tea out of fancy tea cups and try on the dress hats to complete their outfits. The dessert tray is always filled with yummy cakes, cobbler, and assorted goodies. One day I'm going to remember to eat dessert first so I don't miss out on the wonderful goodies. read more

Writing this review gives me the warm and fuzzies! I came here with my mom on our day off from work and we had such a pleasant experience! First of all, the decor is just amazing. It's like walking into a doll house. They have a small boutique in the front with jewelry, baby clothes, holiday accessories and in the back is the quaint tea room. They have lights streaming across the ceiling and girly wallpaper to set the mood. Now the food is delicious. I tried the chicken enchilada crepe with tomato basil soup and it was absolutely heaven in my mouth. My mom usually gets the tuna sandwich on croissant with a side salad and chips. I took a few bites from her plate and I was so impressed at the flavor of everything. Prices are reasonable and service is excellent! Definitely a rare gem in the Copperfield area! read more

I love this is tearoom. Great place to meet up with girlfriends for lunch/brunch! This place is kind of like a time machine. Makes me want to hop in a Delorean and go "Back to Grandma's House". A very intimate place with a little shop right up front. They sale candles and knick knacks that none of us need but you cant help to buy because the ambiance sucks you in. The decor is frilly, floral, uber-girly. They have doilies on the tables, antiques on the walls and beautiful tea sets that are delicate and tender. Just like the ones I had when I was a little girl. My favorite thing to get is the Sweet Supreme. Comes with a lot of food, I would go for the quiche and the tortilla soup. Lets just put it like this, you will not be disappointed. And it comes with desert. They have desserts that are sent over by one of the local bakeries so you know that shiz is delectable, down right irresistible. They also do tea parties here for little girls which is too precious. They get all dressed up and have their dainty hats and lace gloves and enjoy their lunch. I would recommend this place for a bridal or baby shower for sure. Guys beware it is Really Really girly. So if you are forced to go don't be ashamed. I went here with my friends one day and the wait was long of course they were busy so its understandable. The food was good but however the prices are crazy expensive. I love this place! don't get to go as often as i wish as it is a little pricey, however every time i do get to eat there it is wonderful!! I always alternate between the jalapeño chicken salad and the house chicken salad.[Cant decide which one i like better] on croissant with pasta salad as my side. AMAZING!! What a fantastic lunch experience at Tea For Two Tearoom! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I had the quiche, salad, and mango iced tea. The quiche and salad were a generous size and made with quality (and tasty) ingredients. It was cheesy and gooey with a flaky and buttery crust. A diet buster for sure but worth the splurge! My lunch mates had sandwiches and soup. They looked just as fresh as my dish and were devoured without complaint. Also, we had the best service I have experienced in a long time. Our server was friendly and attentive but not overly so. In fact, the entire staff gave service with a smile. The spoon that came with the soup was dirty and a clean one was brought out promptly without problem. The only reason I took off a star was the decor. It was a little stale and dark. With some freshening up and some clever redesign of a difficult space, I think the place could live up to the high standards set by the food and service. However, this will not prevent me from returning and suggesting it to others. I can't wait to come back and maybe save room for dessert next time! read more

Had a great time! I usually order a soup and sandwich but they offer comfort foods like casseroles and such. The dessert options are awesome and delicious! I've been told about this place for years and finally went today. All I can say is WOW. The food is out-of-this-world delicious and I mean that in a positive way. Only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is-- 1) couldn't decide if I liked the potato salad. It tasted okay, just not like any pot salad I've ever had before & consequently not what I expected. On the other hand, it didn't clash with the delicate & toe-tingling unctiousness of the cream of artichoke soup, which was very nearly a religious experience for me. Or with the wonderful chicken salad. DANG!! 2) It's a pretty frou-frou & girly kinda place. On the other hand, *I* was very comfortable there & wasn't distracted by a bunch of crass males. If ruffles scare you, you will hate this place. Don't come. Ever. 3) This place closes most days by 3pm and on Sundays, which limits how often I can come. On the other hand, I can't afford to eat there 3x/day & 7x/week, so that's probably a good thing, right? Seriously, FABULOUS everything here. I love, love, love the quiches here. Their soups are also very good, better than you can get from any chain café. It is a little pricier than the chains, but the food makes up for it. The portions are huge, so I always walk out with leftovers, which is how I justify the higher price point.. I tend to gravitate towards their creamier soups, because this is where I really think they shine. The spinach and chicken quiche is my go to, trust me, order it, you can thank me later. I have also had their jalapeno chicken salad, Caesar pasta salad, and cobb salad. I usually order the trio and rotate between the salads, all three are really good, the cobb comes with an insane amount of bacon. I have been to this place four times, first time in 2015 with a friend, second time with another friend, third time with my older sister, fourth time with my parents. Each time the food was always spot on delicious. I love getting the tuna melt half sandwich with one of their daily soups, I think my favorite was the artichoke soup. Creamy and warm, its perfect for a cold day out. The restaurant is decorated with frills and vintage looking tableware hung on the walls and overall floral patterns, kind of like a dollhouse! The waitresses are all young ladies getting a taste at handling professionalism and they do a really good job!! Mainly, the food is of sandwiches, soups and an assortment of desserts, salads and sides of fruit. They have some really good assortment of tea bags, I personally always stick to black tea. They don't have tea scones w/clotted cream, I'm surprised people on here complaining about service and walking out or not having English Tea scones and walking out.. maybe call ahead next time to see if a place has what you're specifically looking for..? -le sigh read more

I have been coming here for over 15 years. I have excellent memories of lunches with my Mom, friends, and family. Cozy décor and a clean restaurant. Their food is to die for! My favorites include the chicken and spinach quiche, pasta salad, tortilla soup, or anything that is on the special of the day that has green chile in it. Salads are always fresh- and portions are generous. Make sure you try their flavored teas as well. This is also a great place to host a little girl's birthday party! I give this place a 1 star because I had to .. they need to re-evaluate their staff. A bunch of young girls that obviously don't know their manners .. my mother and I walked in, waiting to be seated.. but we were not greeted whatsoever.. 4 girls walked by us and not even one greeted to say 'hi or I'll be right with you' .. quite disturbing. I even had to ask if it was okay to sit down anywhere.. and I was ignored. Luckily for them I was with my mom and we decided to leave in peace. I got the supreme plate, the cup of tortilla soup was very tasty, I got the spinach salad per the waitresses recommendation, it did not disappoint it was delicious. The chicken and green chili quiche was fantastic , good flavor not too spicy, but creamy & loaded with cheese. (I ate the quiche later for dinner) for dessert we gobbled up the warm ooey gooey butter bars , it was creamy served with a dollop of whipped cream and sliced strawberries. The service was on point. I decided to give this place a try since it's close to where I work. It's a nice a cozy little place but I think it's a little overpriced. I had a regular turkey spinach sandwich with a small side of potato salad for $13. That's expensive to me. I also tipped $3 so my lunch was basically $16.
