Irma made specialty mock tails to match party theme which were a huge hit with the guests. After meeting with her and I decided I would need someone to setup the day of the event. After speaking with her and going over her questionnaire and vendor list I realized there were aspects of the party I hadn't even thought of. Best thing I did was hire Irma! She goes above and beyond! She kept me from losing it, even when the week of the party the venue had to move us outside. She kept me in the loop while reassuring me. She made multiple visits to the venue to check the layout and make sure everything would work in the space. I was having a hard time finding a donut wall to rent, she built one. She found the chargers I needed, and brought the frame for the seating chart. She kept everything moving and took care of all the little hiccups of the day. Turned out beautiful! Documents sent via docu signature stated will sign upon arrival at location... One of the fear was no itemized cost, you changed stories several times and you would not show up to complete the task. You took our funds and blocked us immediately on social media account and blocked your number.. How you think it's ok to sabotage people's event is outright atrocious... Spoke to a few people that have had traumatic experiences with you. Not showing up, showing up late, not delivering what they paid for. Extremely horrible.
