At my recent Mother's Day treat.

Their crab crepes never disappoint. Their scones are unmatched (I always order some to take home with me). Service is impeccable. My daughter and I have been cooming here for years!

food and presentation was good. accommodate any allergies or special food request. service was excellent- staff knowledgeable and very friendly. ambiance - cozy and clean. parking is a little issue as limited but free at the back and paid parking at the end corner of mill st.

Nice setting in an old mansion. The waitress was very nice. Choice of pastries from the menu or from the board: tarts, cheesecakes, lava cakes, etc. and lots of different teas. But coffee as well.

Very surprised that the rating is only 3.5 . For High yea the pricing is very reasonable (about 38 per person). I came here for my fiancés birthday and they made sure to make it special even though I never asked. We were a bit late and they were very accommodating despite the place being very packed. Most places I have seen price high over 45$ for the same items. My fiancé got the high tea while I had a chicken phylo pastry . It was so juicy and moist and the pastry was so crunchy and rich and buttery. The salad they use a special house made Dijon honey dressing which was light fragrant and not to heavy . One of the servers was a bit abrasive but the other one who served us was absolute immaculate. She was very informative on the menu and teas and was very observant and even exchanged the tea my fiancé didn't like for another right away. To top it all off they brought us a little ice cream "cake" to celebrate my fiancés birthday. Overall one of the best places to come for high tea if you live in the Mississauga area.

The Tea Room is a great spot for high tea or just to enjoy some light snacks this is definitely a hidden gem in Streetsville. The interior is very chic and cute utilizing every nook and cranny in the house. You would definitely need to call ahead to make reservations as they are very busy and almost won't take walk-ins. Right at the front of the house there are 2 rooms for you to walk around, they sell tea pots, tea cups, loose leaf tea, or anything you would need to throw your own tea party at home. The other room sells little crafts and one of a kinds, novels, and hats. I spent a little bit of time walking around before our table was ready they have some cool things. We did the Tea Room High Tea which costs about $25 per person. This includes your choice of loose leaf tea, a salad, a tower of tea sandwiches, quiche, scones, a small selection of sweets to finish it off. Overall everything was great, Stephanie's service was amazing always kept our tea pots topped up with hot water and kept making sure we had everything we needed. Overall awesome experience at The Tea Room.

If you are ever looking for High Tea is Mississauga, there's the Tea Room located in Streetville. I've been there three times. Everytime I go I would order the Afternoon Tea includes a salad, scone, sandwiches, quiche, desserts and your choice of tea. The variety is quite filling although they are bite size yummies. As for the tea my favorite is the Earl Grey Cream. It has a super smooth and silk taste and the aroma is heavily. When you take a sip it is full of surprises that the one sip is just not enough. This time when we went we added a cup of the Creamy Garden Broccoli soup which is served with their house made Irish Soda Bread. Both were very tasty and delicious. Something that I would definitely add on my next visit. The atmosphere is quite inviting, bright and homey. It's like a little heritage home. Which gives you the feeling of sitting back and have a nice conversation over tea. The Tea Room does have their own private parking however everytime I went it was always full. That being said parking everywhere else is paid however there is plenty of parking around the Tea Room. I do recommend making reservations if you want to go just incase they are full. Can get quite busy in the Tea Room.

    Yummy Afternoon tea items. Delicious!!

I just had to write another review for this place. This Tea House is about the cutest thing I've ever seen. They touch upon everything you would ever want in a Afternoon Tea outing. First of all, let's start with the ambience. How cute is it that they have Classical music playing on a speaker as you walk up to the door on a cobblestone walkway to get you into the mood?. Second, the girls that work here are absolutely phenomenal. Not only are they upbeat, cheerful and attentive but they also are very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu items. The food is so good here. I'm a person who needs a lot of flavour in her food but with minimal ingredients they are able to spit out delicious dishes. The food is always fresh and always elegant. This place is humble, unpretentious and homely. It honestly feels like your going to grandmas house. I love the cute little shop area as well. Nice added touch to view after dining. The place is wonderfully decorated. If I could give some recommendations on what to eat, I would recommend the Chicken salad, the high tea tier and the hot fudge brownie with ice cream. I look forward to exploring the rest of the menu. I would highly suggest this place to have Tea with your girlfriends or mother/daughter outings. This will continue to be go to spot for years to come.

I don't even care for English tea, and this place deserves 5 stars. It's just adorable, I've been multiple times in the last several years. The place is a bit tight, but cutely laid out in terms of the decor. It's perfect for a mother/daughter treat or a day out with girlfriends. I usually share an egg salad sandwich (comes with salad) and a double scone. They split the egg salad sandwich/salad in 2 plates by themselves without my requesting it, which is nice. The scones come with cream and jam -they aren't always 5/5 but always at least good and sometimes wonderful. They once had a special of the day of chocolate chip scones which were AMAZING. They have limited hours (only open in daytime). It's pretty much a MUST to book in advance for the weekend, especially if 3+ people are going. For Mother's Day, I called 2 weeks in advance and they were booked solid.

OOH! First reviewer! ;) Just because I know there's better tea rooms at comparable prices, I'm not a fan. But granted, this is still a good, cute tea room with decent food for a decent price. Pros: - cute, eclectic, kitschy environment - decent prices; you can get away with a tea "set" (i.e. scone, a few sandwiches, a little cupcake here and there) with a brewed tea for around $20 (which is a good price for afternoon teas) - cute experience Cons: - impossible to find parking; they have a little lot to the side, but it's hard to park in Streetsville (a quaint old town feel neighbourhood in Mississauga) unless you're lucky enough to find street parking - you should always make reservations because they only bake/cook enough for the reservations; and even if they bake a bit more and you do a drop-in, they're not that welcoming Some other miscellaneous notes about afternoon teas: boys don't generally like them that much because there's not that much food involved; however, the food that is served (albeit smaller portions), is quite filling because it's quite rich, but still... I think... boys like meat (?!) A high tea place I *would* recommend though is the afternoon tea at the Old Mill Inn & Spa. Comparable prices, but better environment and tastier food.

    What a sunny day!

This dessert restaurant is no joke, their menu is so massive it feels like it could rival the Cheesecake Factory's (no exaggeration). While most of it is dedicated to desserts, they do offer food options too, but let's be honest... you come here for the sugar rush. We tried a slice of their Red Velvet Cheesecake, and it was rich, smooth, and everything you want in a dessert. We also ordered a loaded waffle topped with brownies, chocolate chip cookies, ice cream, and whipped cream, basically a dessert lover's dream on a plate. Both desserts were fantastic and definitely lived up to the hype. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even with such a huge menu, they made great recommendations. If you're looking for a fun spot to satisfy your cravings, The D Spot delivers.

I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected to, simply because I'm not big on sweets. The cake is light and spongey and absorbs the leche/milk very nicely, and makes the entire cake very moist. Vastly different in texture to other cakes that rely more on cream and icing to balance the sponge cake. I found this cake lighter and a really unique flavour/texture. It's sweet with flavour that has depth (not just by using more sugar/syrup) and the hints of milk, strawberries, cream, etc all mesh really well. Glad to have stumbled across a new fave and I'll definitely be back to try the rest of their offerings.

The texture of the croffles had a crispiness on the outside which made this dessert delightful to take a bite into. We chose the Honeycomb, Tiramisu and White Chocolate Matcha. We thoroughly enjoyed each flavour but a personal favourite of mine would be the tiramisu. My friend's personal favourite was the honeycomb. We're both not into white chocolate but to our surprise, we enjoyed the White Chocolate Matcha flavour as well. The matcha's earthiness really complemented the touch of sweetness of the white chocolate. The cream on top of the croffle was also rich and smooth. The ice cream was a good addition. As mentioned in my previous review, the server was friendly and had a warm smile. The place encouraged people to connect with each other and I thought it was a cozy place to do just that. Even hours later, they were crispy & SO tasty!! The variety of flavours is nice, but the puffs themselves are so delicious that anything added is just a bonus. Overall just very wet and aggressively sugary. In an age where people are trying to eat healthier, I cant really imagine myself coming back for this when I could have a larger portion of more refined sweets elsewhere. Likely a better fit for people with a major sweet tooth or for kids. It's similar to a treat you'd eat at a food truck in a festival or outdoor event. I feel as if I ate an entire week's worth of sugar in one go. The shop itself is pretty modern, spacious, and clean. Sparse seating, lots of mirrors, etc. But the location is great, and there's lots of plaza parking. Staff were ok but very busy with orders. The rest of the menu seems good. Lots of variety of other sweet drinks and pastries, but also items to balance out the sugar like coffee, tea, savoury pastries, etc. Kind of like a crossover between Tim's and Starbucks. I am hesitant to try other items though because of how sweet the puffs were. The pricing is also really steep for the kind of food it is. Personally speaking, Id rather hit Krispy Kreme because those donuts while sugary, don't feel as greasy / heavy as these puffs. For comparison these puffs are around $1/pc and an original donut at Krispy Kreme is around $1.50 An additional minus is the online/app ordering process. I ordered on the app, arrived, and didn't notice any instruction for pickup ( no signage , markers, etc). I waited 10 mins because it was pretty busy, staff were working nonstop, and I had just ordered less than 5 mins ago. I had to ask the staff about my order, and it turned out it was ready all along sitting in a cabinet with frosted glass doors, so I couldn't even tell they had any orders waiting. The app also didnt have a progress bar, just an estimated finish time at time of order. Less than seamless, for sure

I opted for the pistachio and super cookie (biscoff/Oreo) flavours. Outright the portion size is amazing. They pack the cup full and do not hold back. A regular scoop is enough and it's nice you can pick 2 flavours to get some more variety. In terms of flavor, I liked the pistachio as it leaned more towards a subtle and fragrant flavour. The gelato was super creamy and the sweetness was toned down. The super cookie flavour had more pieces and bits in it, so it was more interesting in texture but not as unique in flavour. Also leaned a little more sweet, and was highly similar to a cookies and cream ice cream. But quality was solid for both and the gelato was fresh. Bonus that their points system is easy to use as well - just punching in a phone # Compared to regular ice cream stores, you get better value and quality here.
