Went here for a 60 minute massage after doing a reset float and sauna experience not too far away and it was like the cherry on top. We had made an appointment and the lady at the front called to remind us while we were on our way. The place was very clean, well kept, and smelled great. I think the prices are very reasonable. I love that they asked us our preference of the masseuses gender as well as if we wanted to be together or not. The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol. My favorite local spa for a massage. Call ahead to reserve your time if you're going to select a longer massage. I usually get the super combo. It includes: 60 minutes body, 60 minutes feet, and 30 minutes head/face/hand. I've also done a couple's massage and it was a nice experience also. Curtains separate the different massage areas. You can definitely hear people in the areas next to you. However, headphones are provided with soothing music. The staff are very friendly. I always recommend this spa to people and I always look forward to returning back for a massage. read more

First time here and I was in dire pain in my body, mainly due to age and over exerting myself. I was excited when I told my neighbors I was going and one gave it rave reviews and both decided to accompany me. The establishment smelled clean and had appropriate music playing. I was ready. I was asked if a man was ok and I said yes. My body needed a strong hand and even though the female masseuses do a great job with strength also. The massage, while good, was a little light on pressure even though I asked a few times to increase the pressure. That is my biggest complaint and why I've taken a star away. My neighbor, who was in the room next to me, had too much pressure because I could hear her ask to do it softer. I retrospect, maybe using the word " increase the pressure " wasn't understood. The next time I will clear it up before I get the massage. I definitely felt better when I left than when I came in which was major. The Birthday girl wanted a massage. I Found this on Yelp of course, and the reviews didn't lie. It was empty when we came in. The little cozy spa had a good zen. The smell also reminded me of going to the spa in Thailand. My daughter had the 60 minute body massage and I had the combo, body and feet. I left feeling relieved and not in pain. The music was calm and relaxing. My masseuse gave me just enough pressure and when I would groan, she would ask if I'm okay. When I groan, that means she hit the spot. Lol. So good. I am taking off stars for lack of cleanliness. The pillow where one rests face down for massage smells mildewy and faint body odorous. Also not sure if the blanket that used to cover your body gets changed with each new client because similarly it also smells. Also the masseuse massages my face even when I asked her to only do scalp because clearly she didn't wash her hands in between massaging the rest of my body with oil and doing my face. There was a language barrier so it was partially due to that. While the price is very reasonable I don't think I will be coming back on account of cleanliness. read more

Although the prices are reasonable, they asked for a 23% tip! I'd rather they make the price inclusive of tip so I didn't feel like I was tipping for top notch service. This place used to be my go to spot, however, after today's experience, I will not be returning. I went in for my usual 1 hour foot, usually it's a great and calm enjoyable experience but today I was assigned a worker who from the start did not know what she was doing. I didn't get the proper PRE-MASSAGE, then she refused to recline my chair back until the manager was called in, then she didn't put the headphones or neck warmer and eye warmer even after I told her that's always part of the massage. I then called the manager to let her know and then opted for a half hour instead just to get out of there. At first I thought she deserved a break since she's new, but then the foot rub began and she half assed that too. Barely any pressure or technique, and she kept huffing and puffing when I would ask her to adjust her technique.Then when it came time to pay I voiced my displeasure and not even offered an apology or discount. The excuse being this was the workers first week. Shouldn't the workers all be properly trained prior to working with actual clients. All in all this was a horrible experience. I'll be going to the other place on Franklin avenue, for a few more dollars it's much better and much more organized. read more
