He used different release movements so that my mobility was restored in my shoulder and lower back and even added in a bit of Reiki at the end, which I had never had before. His approach was different than any massage I've ever had, but also the most effective. I walked out and felt like I could move in a way that I hadn't been able to in a week and a half since sustaining my injury. It was a natural high.
