DLC responded quickly with an estimate, and after asking friends about it I was told it was a good deal. So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! Seriously, I appreciate your hard work.

I contacted DLC's through YELP and their response was instantaneous, professional, accommodating and polite. They got my elderly aunt's snow removal scheduled right away, which made it possible for her to get to the doctor. It's not often that you find business owners who are willing go over and above the call of duty time and time again. At DLC's they ensure exemplary customer service. In one weekend I could barely recognize my yard. It really looked nice. Even the dog seemed to appreciate the yard change and took better care of where he played. HERNANDEZ SERVICES also trimmed my front yard bushes and renewed the entire flower bed. I was impressed with their work and their reasonable rate. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE HERNANDEZ SERVICES AGAIN!

They completed the project in record time, even fitting me in ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief considering spring rains were on their way. The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! A week later, the drainage system works perfectly, and my yard is shockingly dry considering the recent heavy rain. We live in a 55 and over community with HOA that was supposed to cover snow removal. They've been…read morethe worst I've ever seen. All they do is drop salt on top of newly fallen snow saying the salt will melt it. I have yet to see them shovel our porch and sidewalk. They came out last week after numerous calls from our HOA president. But they had the blade on their four wheeler too low and it tore up our road. We are down to mud and potholes in parts. Now we have to wait until spring to repair the road with money out of our own pockets. It's a muddy mess right now. The guy across from us is 80 years old and he's been shoveling his driveway. My husband has congestive heart failure and has had to go out and shovel. If they can't do snow removal the way it's supposed to get done for a condominium complex, they shouldn't have taken the job.

After one plow visit using a pickup truck with a front blade, my concrete driveway showed clear surface damage consistent with plow contact and salt exposure, concentrated in tire paths near the garage. This damage was not present prior to service. Between the pricing inconsistency and the condition my driveway was left in, I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.
