Despite my never confirming a 2025 appointment, they proceeded to service a property I didn't own, essentially trespassing. They claimed to have contacted me, but I have no record of any calls, voicemails, or texts. Furthermore, their actual work was subpar; they consistently missed the gutters on the back deck.
