Chewy and not too sweet. Every mochi donut has the plain batter used to fry then has its own flavored glaze. Strawberry and plain glazed were my favorite. It gave the perfect amount of sweet that I needed. Churro could have had a bit more sugar on it for me and the matcha tasted exactly as it should.
