Still my favorite sushi spot. Locally owned. Good prices. I don't like the fact that eel sauce is an extra charge but they make it in house. I feel it should be included but it's not my business. They have all kinds of drinks as well including boba, tea, alcohol. They are advertising a free slice of cheesecake for orders over $50. Quick service. Fresh food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean establishment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They are generally playing 105.5 The Dove on their speakers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice place to bring people too as it's a chill vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This place was recommend by a friend as her go to spot so I had to try it out. I was recommend by the owner to get the yum yum roll because it included spicy crab and jalapeño. The sushi roll was okay. I would give it a 6.5/10. The presentation was not the best and the baked salmon on top was chopped into different size and it was not soft how the baked salmon usually is. I am sure it might have been because it was late at night but this roll was about $15 dollars and it didn't truly satisfy my sushi craving. I might be back another time maybe earlier to try something else.

Sushi was wonderful and owner was very polite and helpful. This is somewhat hidden gem as it's on Central but we have driven past it unnoticed for a while. But if you want sushi this is a great option

Went for lunch with some friends and had a great experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor is really simple. Almost no decoration but it let the food do the talking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We had a Red Dragon roll, a Ming Ming roll, Soy Sensation roll, some spring rolls, and Miso soup. The food was well prepared and well presented. The waitress was very aware and when we added on some other things she was on it. I also liked the green tea cheesecake for dessert. We will definitely be back.

Boba tea and sushi all right here. Kind people and an authentic feel. I spilled my drink and they made me another, I didn't even ask.

This is a true hidden gem! From the outside you would never know the great sushi they have! The Thai tea and the mango boba tea were fresh and great! For the sushi, we got 3 rolls and the seaweed salad and alllll of it was delicious! We had the prey mantis, red dragon, and UFO roll! By far the red dragon was our favorite 200% reco The service was good and attentive! The ambiance could be better but the food stands for itself!

This is a pretty good place. We've been here a handful of times and as long as their prices maintain, we'll keep going back. They have some really good rolls, and the people that run the place are really sweet. We typically get the number two because we get some inari and a roll and it's a pretty good value, and we really like the roll and inari. Then we usually get a couple other rolls, and we're set for dinner for about $30. I will warn you, if you add anything to a roll, jalapeno for example, be ready to pay an additional $5 or so. They charge a LOT for extras. That said, they have just about anything you want in their rolls, so just stick to the menu and you'll be fine.

Oh my goodness it was so nice to come back here after 8 years and it still looked the same We sat down and our server brought a huge book of all the sushi rolls they offered and also some appetizers. We ordered two spicy tunas and a fancy roll I forget the name of and also we got a taro boba tea, they make the sushi to order and the boba they shake themselves no fancy machines here all hand work. The food was just as good as I remember. we ate every bite.

I stopped here after paddle boarding at the war veterans memorial park close by. I was the only person there at 4:30 on a Saturday. The staff was very nice. It is located in an unassuming strip mall. I had a hot green tea and one cooked and one raw roll. It was a lot of food. I had to bring most of it home. Next time I would only order one roll. I would also go without the sauce that was drizzled on both rolls, almost tasted like a teriyaki. They have a lot of selections and the staff was nice and helpful. Pretty presentation!

Ming Ming Tea Cafe is a St. Pete hidden gem! I was looking for a stand out sushi place without exorbitant prices in the area and fell across Ming Ming. DELICIOUS sushi and great prices that you can't beat elsewhere in the area. The rolls are also huge! Boba was solid as well. Service is friendly and provided recommendations when we couldn't decide. The restaurant itself is super cute and they sell tea/additional items as well. We will be back!

It's in a plaza that might be hard to spot or park in but if you are in the area and want reasonably priced sushi that is phenomenal, go here. It's a small restaurant owned by a couple who also run the restaurant. Me and my friend split another roll and they were all very fresh and huge !! For a smaller establishment they have quite the variety on their menu. I am not the biggest fan of spicy and their rolls all have spicy Mayo which is spicer than most places I have gone. It's very very good but I would ask for less on my rolls next time or a side. The rice was fresh and cooked very well. The roll pictured on the right was honestly the best of the three rolls I had. It had a fried fish on it that honestly was to die for. Inside they also have some items for sale such as tea pots and an assortment of oriental goods. This place is a local favorite and hidden gem

Unfortunately they only carry almond milk and whole milk so i wasn't able to get what i wanted. I hope one day they consider carrying other milks because that greatly limits those who are lactose free or nut free. I asked about the specific oolong they had on the menu and the cashier wasn't really able to even tell me anything about it. I ended up with a passionfruit tea and honey boba. This ramen shop is a small local chain with about 6 locations in the bay area. This one was located in a plaza off US19 in the marina district. We walked in and we were greeted immediately. They offer counter service, so we looked over the menu quickly. We went with spicy curry ramen, chicken ramen, tonkotsu ramen, spring rolls, fried chicken, and an oolong milk tea. We grabbed a seat and waited for our food. My spicy curry ramen came out before our appetizers, then the other 2 ramen followed. The apps were delivered last. The spring rolls were pretty standard and the fried chicken was tasty. They were both served with sweet chili sauce, but we wished they had more variety in sauces. My spicy curry ramen was quite tasty. The broth was well seasoned and it had great depth of flavor. The chicken & tonkotsu ramen were said to be fairly average and plain. Nothing really stood out about them unfortunately. My oolong milk tea was enjoyed. Overall, we had some hits and misses. I would return for the spicy curry ramen and a tea. The other two ramen were a bit lacking. The menu looks interesting, so I will likely stop by again to try a few other options.

As I walked in the employees were already cleaned up and ready for close. Everything was clean and most items were already put away, but they had my order of mochinuts already ready which was awesome. I got 2 matcha, 2 churro, 1 glazed and one strawberry glazed. I was pleasantly surprised on the texture on all of them. Usually when it comes to closing the mochi nuts are a little stale. I was also nervous they'd be oily but they were great! Perfect texture. Chewy and not too sweet. Every mochi donut has the plain batter used to fry then has its own flavored glaze. Strawberry and plain glazed were my favorite. It gave the perfect amount of sweet that I needed. Churro could have had a bit more sugar on it for me and the matcha tasted exactly as it should. If you like your matcha flavor on the stronger side, this is the donut for you. Overall it was a good experience. I'll be sure to come back to try the cheese corn dogs and the boba. where can i even begin? as a connoisseur of boba tea, big fan of food, and lover of aesthetics,…read morerose gold tea labs has blown my mind in every way. in the 5 times i have visited, i have only ever had two drink types here, being the dragonfruit kumquat green tea and the brown sugar creme brulee. both were the result of the boba barista's recommendation, and have simply been good for me to dare try anything else. i have also had the strawberries and cream kumo fluff cake, black sesame ice cream, and plan to return to try the strawberries and cream croffle (croissant x waffle)! unfortunately, due to the yelp character limit and limit of 1 review per business, i elected to only discuss the drinks, but i assure you all that both desserts were amazing and i highly recommend giving them both a try. firstly, the dragonfruit kumquat green tea is a perfect blend of a rich fruity flavor with soothing tea. it is both refreshing and comforting at the same time, like the kiss of sudden rainfall during a blistering summer day. the dragonfruit and kumquat flavors are very pronounced and are sure to hit the spot for a lover of those exotic fruits. and while i am not incredibly knowledgable about tea, i have had my fair share of experiences with it, and i greatly enjoyed the subtle green tea taste in this drink. additionally, this drink sports a beautiful red-orange color (pictured below), so for fellow lovers of aesthetic drinks and photo taking, this drink is sure to contrast the soft aesthetic of the cafe in your pictures. overall, i can confidently say that this is my favorite refreshing drink of all time. next, the brown sugar creme brulee. i have only gotten this drink twice, both times at the recommendation of the boba barista. this drink is sure to satisfy those with a sweet tooth, offering a creamy sweet drink with tapioca pearls (if you so elect to add boba, which i highly recommend). the drink is more on the thick side, and the best way i can explain it is cake in a boba cup. or more accurately, a liquified creme brulee stuffed into a boba cup. the brown sugar is very noticeable in a nice way, and it eventuates the sugary creme brulee flavor in a playful way, resulting in a rare kind of sweet treat that dances around your mouth. regarding aesthetics, this drink is certainly on par with the dragonfruit kumquat green tea. the white top, caramel color middle section, and dark, boba filled bottom layer paint a beautiful picture of sugar heaven (pictured below) in a "messy perfection" aesthetic. personally, the brown sugar creme brulee is a wonderful experience each and every time, serving as my number one go-to sweet drink. finally, about the cafe itself. the staff is always so wonderful and kind, and in the multiple times that i have been here, there has never been an unpleasant encounter in the slightest, but rather the opposite, as i have never had such positive and friendly interactions in any eatery until visiting rose gold tea labs. also, i would like to give a special shoutout to Aya and Thanh--for not only being two incredible boba baristas that went above and beyond at their job, but also being such bright and kind people that made my weekend! also, in the realm of aesthetics, rose gold tea labs just keeps taking gold! from the food to the decor, this place is eye candy in every way. the single boba squishmallow sitting atop the brown couch with the pretty rose gold tea labs logo sitting high on the wall solidifies the soft and refined vibe of the cafe. furthermore, the multiple two seater white tables make for a cozy, intimate experience, whether that's for a day of productivity or reading (i can back this statement with experience), or an outing with someone special (i'm making an educated guess instead for this part). the best way i can conclude this review is to say that i have fallen in love with rose gold tea labs over and over again. it is a masterpiece in every way, reflecting everything i would want in a boba cafe and more. it truly is a gem of the pinellas park area.
