They explained that they use an automated machine that handles all the milk steaming and frothing. They're new to the role, and as far as they know, this is simply how the drink turns out. In addition to coffee, they sell candy, popcorn, ice cream, and other interesting merchandise that would make nice gifts. Overall, I like the place. It's cute and would be a nice spot to relax with a drink. That said, it's not somewhere I'd go if I were specifically looking for a well-crafted latte. That may be something they address over time.
