Hole in the wall gem of a Thai restaurant. Food was good - the ginger chicken dish had great fresh ginger flavor and ample veggies. The Pad see ew- good ratio of broccoli and beef. Wontons were tasty. I do t think you come here for the ambiance, but rather for the food. Tried the Mee Krob (have never had this dish anywhere)- wasn't expecting it to be so sweet. Maybe not the best choice as an appetizer. Staff were friendly.

Little hole in the wall place with the very best Thai food. The pad kee mao is amazing, but we've liked everything we have tried.

I recently ordered carry out, and unfortunately, the food quality here is subpar. I ordered the Thai Egg Rolls as an appetizer, and they were BARELY fried (see photo for reference). First bite was a grease bomb, followed by undercooked veggies and overcooked ground chicken in the middle. Next up was the Tom Kha Soup, which did have good flavor to it, but I specifically requested Mild, and was only able to eat a couple of bites before the chili flavor took over. For my entree, I went with the Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken. It had only 3 pieces of pineapple in it (see photo for reference), and I don't believe the rice they use there is a traditional Asian rice. The only item I ordered that was without critique was the Mango Sticky Rice, a seasonal, but delicious offering. It is a shame that the quality isn't better, as I observed the staff working very hard while waiting for my food. Unfortunately, there are a couple of other Thai options in the area that supersede the food quality level here.

We ordered everything! Coconut boba is a must. Pineapple shrimp fried rice was my favorite. Chicken pad Thai was also a hit. We will for sure be returning !

Wow, who knew you could find such delicious Thai food in this area! But I don't think it's much of a secret. When we arrived around 5:30 the restaurant was empty, but soon all the tables were filled with a steady stream of people coming and going getting their to go orders. The owner who was the only one working the front did such a great job of keeping up with all of it and was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. This was probably some of the better Thai food I've had. Definitely worth the drive from the Milwaukee area and a nice change of pace from all the touristy restauranta in Lake Geneva..

    Red curry something. Delicious!!

A rare find for small town Wisconsin. Great Thai food, excellent service, and an obvious pride in what they do.

Unfortunately, the dish lacked flavor and I ended up adding soy sauce and hot sauce at home to give it some life. I like a little spice on my Thai food, but not too much and I did not realize that the mild spice level was pretty much a zero spice level so next time I will pick medium. I loved the light cook on the vegetables and how crunchy they were. The staff was very friendly and the inside of the restaurant was beautiful. I went there a different time and got their sashimi flight and a salmon avocado hand roll. I moved here from Vegas so I'm very picky about sushi and seafood in general. This has been one of the best sushi places in Wisconsin for me so far! The fish was high quality, extremely fresh and definitely superior to the other sushi places I have tried out here. Even though the drunken noodle I had was lacking, I definitely want to go back and would love to give some of their other Thai items because they look really good. And I will 100% go back for the sushi!!

Mom's Kitchen is such a charming and cozy little spot. The restaurant felt open, spacious, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We came in for an early Wednesday evening dinner and were seated right away. Definitely one of the perks of beating the dinner rush! They have a pretty extensive menu along with a signature menu, so naturally, we had to order enough food to turn the table into our own little buffet. We ordered: - Korean Wings - Crispy, flavorful, and a great way to start the meal. - Chive Dumplings - These were interesting! They reminded me more of a soft, doughy Korean style pancake than a traditional dumpling. Not necessarily my favorite dish of the night, and I could have done without it - Salt & Pepper Chicken - THE WINNER! This was easily our favorite dish. Crispy, savory, seasoned perfectly, and something I would absolutely order again. - Shrimp Pineapple Fried Rice - It was good! It had a slight curry flavor that I personally liked. My guest was about 50/50 on the curry flavor. The rice was a bit dry and could use a bit more savory taste. - Duck Pad Thai - Probably the lightest dish flavor wise. I personally would have preferred a little more sauce and a stronger marinade on the duck, but that's also personal preference. The duck itself was a nice change from your typical chicken, beef, pork or shrimp Pad Thai. The noodles were also a bit dry. A bit disappointed with this signature dish. One thing I really appreciated was the portion size. They are very generous here, so you definitely feel like you're getting your money's worth. We ordered quite the spread and had plenty of food to enjoy and had to take home. Not every dish is going to be everyone's favorite, especially with such a large and diverse menu, but that's actually one of the reasons I'd come back. There are SO MANY other dishes I still want to try! Overall, Mom's Kitchen was a good find in Pewaukee. Between the cozy atmosphere, friendly service, generous portions, and huge selection of dishes, I think it's absolutely worth checking out, especially if you enjoy Thai and Asian fusion cuisine. I'd definitely return the next time I'm in town. The Salt & Pepper Chicken is definitely on my list for a 2nd order . Also, I always order a Thai curry and this time I didn't. So next time it's on my table for sure.
