We were in a precarious scenario with a hard money loan on two houses and a massive renovation in place. We knew we needed a very knowledgeable and experienced loan officer to help us refinance out of this over-leveraged scenario and into a conventional 30 year fixed, but there were many hoops to jump both on the property itself and our personal finances.
