Getting an appointment at "my" convenience was a breeze, and Jeff walked around and inspected my vehicle prior to the process. He will notice any minor scratches or imperfections, and point them out. The waiting room is clean and comfy, with Netflix and free WiFi. The process took just under 2 hours. After the tint, Jeff walked around my vehicle, explaining the maintenance. You should leave the windows up for 5-7 days. There was a bit of a hazy coating on the windows, which Jeff said would disappear, and it did. My concerns were bubbles, but the tint was flawless! No bubbles found! He even introduced me to the team member who did the tint, and brought me behind the scenes to explain the process. I also received a call from Heather 6 days later to see if I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend Audio Heaven if you need a tint job. I was clear that these capacitors are available on line at a very reasonable rate, could he give me the specs and I will look for them and pay for them myself... no no he said, it won't cost that much. Later I got an email saying they had finished the job and I could come an pick up. I went to pick it up, I asked if (before I paid and left) if we could try it out, it was clear he didn't want to try it out but I insisted that he plug it in, at first I didn't hear it running, then it started to run and would not turn off. I asked if we could plug it into one of his monitors on his desk, but he said he couldn't. I asked before leaving it with him how much he said about $50 - so I offered him the money and he then said I owed him an additional $35 for the capacitors (remember I hand researched them and they would have ONLY cost about $10 online - he told me it was the delivery cost, I said to him that I had told him I didn't want to pay for deliver because I could find them for less. He shrugged his shoulders and I just gave him the money and left.... (he had also mention HE did not do the work, one of his sons had done it) He told me he knew what he was doing when I took it there. Low and behold the unit didn't work, I am told that whatever they did with the capacitors, *SOMETHING* was not done correctly. All I can say is don't go there, they will offer you the moon, but won't deliver, although they will make you pay for it.
