Over hang was damaged and Frank stated in order for it to be fixed properly they would need an additional $2000 Then hurricane Milton happened and our overhang was gone again... The entire neighborhood doesn't have one ounce of damages on their roof. Called Keegan/the owner and he stated "I don't work for free" lots of deflection. We are in the process of getting bids for repairing it RIGHT as they have to tie into the eaves and they all stated it was never put back correctly. My enclosed patio had a pan roof without insulation. It was very hot, so I needed my roof insulated. Frank Fabiano from Armored Roofing was great. He came when he said he would, he sent me an email pdf proposal the next day for a reasonable price, and they installed it while I was away on vacation. I have used their services in the past, but no longer. I had an appointment to perform some minor services or repairs on January 18, 2021, and was told someone would be at my home between 8 and 11 AM. No one showed up, and no one called to apologize. I contacted the office in the afternoon and they rescheduled my for January 26 between 8 and 10AM. Once again, no one showed up and no one called. Did an ok job but my issue is that they punctured a water pipe in my attic when installing the new roof, they never wanted to take responsibility for the damage and just put it off on the plumbing company. Spoke to the owner himself and he said he would help out the best he could and get back to me. It's been a month now and no response . Water damage in my ceiling from them but not wanting to take responsibility , poor business practices and I hope it comes around to bite them in the ass later in life. We had a sudden leak in our ceiling with no obvious reason. I called 5 roofing companies all of whom said they couldn't get to us for at least three weeks. I called Armored based on a neighbor's recommendation and after explaining the situation Keegan committed to come out within the hour (on a late Friday afternoon!). He was as good as his word and was so professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help us determine the source of our problem.
