All I asked for was my appraisal fee back. On the day of closing, they requested an inspection. I asked ever day for the loan estimate and never got one. These people are very unprofessional! There should be a law that would force them to close on the loan after the loan estimate has signed

They are Incompetent of researching properties and performing due diligence before agreeing to make…read morea loan. They will have you paying for survey, home binder insurance and then back out on you the day before closing. They simply don't have a process in place or the employees to do due diligence on properties to make sure they can loan on it. This makes them look very bad. Having a process in place will help deals go smoothly and save both parties unnecessary labor and fees. I won't be bringing any deals back to this company and I don't recommend them to anyone for this reason. Folks, don't waste time and money...ask questions!
