This use to be my favorite car wash.. nobody around could touch it but the last few times I was here I've had to ask them to go over my car again. The rims are left dusty and bottom of the car was still dusty. Bird poop remained on the car. They didn't open or wipe down the trunk I had to do it. When I asked them to clean the wheels they cleaned one and walked away. This will be my last time coming here not worth the wait or money. If I could give this a zero I would. The Woodbridge location was horrible. I'm a loyal unlimited club member. Yesterday the guys put my truck in park and had the emergency brake on. I watch my truck go up in the air and dropped down. My rim is scratched and the assistant manager with everything that happened still made me pay $8 for them washing my mats in the truck. The experience alone was not ok. But to still request me to pay for cleaning the mats is terrible. Overall my truck is never fully dried when I leave. They don't clean the inside that great. I was coming to support a local business. I've been here since before when they were called Woodbridge car wash. It's ok. You lost a customer. No it won't hurt your business and I'm sure the girl will still be working her name is Angelica. But don't use them. Find another local business to support. Or just go to a hand car wash. read more

I am writing this with you because it is my second time there the first time I just got a rinse today I paid 27 $28 for almost everything to get done plus a fragrance so when I got in the car I didn't smell the fragrance and I asked the lady how do I get the fragrance she got an attitude and walked away, shaking her head and then she slammed my damn door after she sprayed the baby powder in there, shaking her head when she walked away again I told her to calm down my last time going there. I know everybody is trying to rush to get the cars through but what is expected when you pay for is expected why she got an attitude. I have no idea but it was very unprofessional. I appreciate everything they are doing working so hard but I work hard for my money as well and I would appreciate getting the service that I pay for without a damn attitude. read more

Great car wash! My BF & I have come here a few times with both of our vehicles and we have been pleasantly surprised each time at how thorough the employees are. We have tried numerous places throughout the years and this is our go-to spot now. The reason I deducted a star is because they could pay a little more attention to detail (I just left and noticed they forgot to clean my steering wheel) but it's nothing that is a huge deal breaker. I also enjoy the fact that it's only $2.50 to get a mat shampooed. In my opinion, that is very reasonable, especially when one of your mats is covered in mud! The washes are reasonably priced and I like that with the super wash you get an air freshener spritz in your vehicle. Looking forward to frequenting this place more often once the gloomy winter is done with! read more

I am from Boston and was visiting a friend. He suggested this place and I am so glad I went there. They did a proper cleaning of the car while it was going through the automated cleaner followed by a full hand towel clean and tire shine. All done in about 5 minutes. There isn't a service in Boston that I have seen do like these guys and for about $20. read more

New to the Woodbridge area and I wanted to find a car wash to clean all the snow grime off of my car. I found this place located on Rahway ave in Woodbridge. When you first drive up you have two lanes to choose from. Always go to the shortest one because they will merge into one lane when you get closer. When you find yourself in front, a man will ask you what service you want and will print out a receipt that you take with you to pay. They will vacuum your car first if you choose full service. They advise you to shut off auto wipers and empty your ash trays as well. I usually like the hand car washes but this had to do in the mean time. They will put your car through the conveyor belt and run, your car through the process. You can see your car through the glass when you walk through the place. They will hand dry your car when its done. Afterwards, I do see soap stains on my car as it was not perfect. They wash many cars during the day so expect to see some soap stains afterwards. One bad or good thing about the this car wash is that they have one price for Trucks and Cars. Some places charges you more for SUV and trucks. I only have a car so I feel that the cars should be cheaper. Overall, if I'm in a pinch I will get my car washed here, but will keep looking for a hand wash place. Between $2-$3 in change was STOLEN from out of my change bin - in my car you have to open the console to get to the change. Initially I thought - am I going crazy? I know there was a pile of change in there a minute ago - I had just previously picked (1/2 hr earlier!) up dry cleaning and added two quarters to the bin - immediately after the carwash, I went to the produce store and upon leaving, opened the console to add my new pocket change to the bin - only to find 3 pennies left there by the carwash crew. For me, it's not the money. I'll be okay. It couldn't have been more than $3. It's the principle. There are other carwashes I can patronize. What burns me is that I was always very generous with my gratuity there. My advice: if you patronize this establishment, the sign outside warning you to secure your valuables is not to be ignored. read more

You get out and wait on the side as they wash the outside and will also clean and vacuum the inside for you. When my car is finished it always smells great! This place should not be in business. I left some money in my car and it was stolen from the guys who vacuum which appear to have been picked off the street. I approached the owner and he refuses to help or even check the cameras. It appeared the cameras are just for decoration. I called the police and they said that they have had multiple reports of thefts and complain for this business. 3rd time in this place and I'm glad I did not read the reviews. The first time they were efficient and did a good job for under $10. I took that as a good sign, came a 2nd time and chose the top of the line "Ultimate" wash thinking I was going to get a really good service. I was very disappointed to see the car was visibly dirty and not shiny. Inside it was ok. Tires ok. I called to complaint and the manager gave me a reasonable explanation about the wax process. I let it slide. 3rd time I picked "The Works" just to get the normal full service plus wax, but I explained what happened the second time and the person walked with me and explained the process. He told me it was not acceptable the outside was dirty and that I wasn't satisfied with the last washed. He took it upon himself to make sure the car was clean and shinny, and drove it through the whole process a second time, free of charge. That it's 4 stars for me and I'll definitely recommend this place. read more

First they raised the prices and the inside of my car was still dirty. the dash and console still had dust on it and the back of my car under the back windshield was not vacuumed at all. Very convenient. They dint look at you like you are crazy if you come a few days in a row. I own a black car and its pollen season. The crew is all friendly and do excellent work. This place has the worst ownership and management!! I have a brand new F150 and have had the monthly wash plan with them, the other day I noticed that my rear window defroster connection was broken. I took it back to them the next day and spoke with Mike, manager, and he said they couldn't do anything for me and that they are not responsible if their employees break something in your vehicle.
