EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! So I typically don't go outside the dealer for any repairs however, I felt like I needed to go immediately as I thought I had a nail in my tire. When I get there, I automatically assume there's a nail in my tire and ask them to plug it. The gentleman checked the tire and told me I didn't have a nail and if I was still having problems- to bring it back. I ended up bringing it back the next day because it sounded like something was in my tire. When I got there, another guy took my car, drove it around the block and then put my car on the lift. It was determined that I had a dent in my rim so they said they would check for rims and call me back. The kicker is - when they put my car on the lift and spun the wheels, whatever was in the tires fell out (not actually in the tire but somewhere in between). I no longer heard a noise- so I told the guy and asked him how much - he was super humble and said I didn't owe him anything because they didn't repair anything. My dealer !!!?? Wanted $250 just to LOOK at it. Because of that one noble gesture - they found a new client in me! They tell you what you need to- don't try to rip you off or overcharge you - this is an honest establishment/ I would definitely recommend! read more

Dropped my car off when mutually agreed on, and it was ready later that day. I came here twice, one for an oil change, and another to investigate a grinding sound coming from the back. Both times they were: 1) Very friendly 2) Willing to explain and answer all questions no matter how dumb they were, and did so without any judgement. 3) Even topped off my other fluids like my windshield wipers without charging, and did not charge me extra for simple repairs 4) Prices were NOT overcharged and in some cases even more affordable than other places 5) And they even had a very cute and friendly dog who would just smile at you :) Overall I was happy with the oil change and repairs done. I wanted to wait to review this business until I had my tires for a little bit so I could make sure I was happy with them. I've driven a good amount since I got them and I am still really happy so I have no hesitation in giving this place 5 stars. I was driving near the Turnpike/Parkway intersection when I drove over a pothole and blew one of my tires. I got it changed to the spare but was told that one of my other tires had a bubble in it and I should try to get the tires replaced soon. Not wanting to have any more issues, I took the next exit and stopped to check Yelp for a place to replace my tires. I was really happy to see that this place wasn't too far away and went there to check it out. They have outstanding customer service. The owner was really nice and helpful, and very excited I had discovered them on Yelp. He showed me that there was actually a bubble in 2 of my tires as well as the one that had burst. My tires were also pretty old and so he suggested that I could either replace just one or two, or replace all 4. He suggested a type of tire and also gave me the price; I checked online just to get a second opinion. The tire he suggested had great reviews and the price was on point too. I decided to replace all four tires and the process was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Since then, I've actually had a better driving experience with my new tires. I would definitely give them five stars for the experience and customer service as well as their prices. Support local businesses and come here! read more

Apple Tire was able to figure out and fix the issue with my car's AC. Apparently it was the control module that was the problem. The ass clowns at meineke had my car for over a day and couldn't figure it out. Made an appointment with the dealership and waited 3 weeks just so they can tell me to wait another 3 weeks because they're backed up. I should've gone to Apple Tire the first time. I have a 2010 Toyota Camry SE and my battery was completely dead. As in, can't-even-start-it-to-get-it-to-the-mechanic dead. I'm new to the area and was looking for a mechanic I can rely on to fix my car and provide future service. The reviews on Apple Tire are spot on; this establishment is professional, efficient and affordable. I spoke with Sal, the owner, after receiving a free quote via yelp. I explained that I couldn't get my car to the shop and that I needed a battery. He offered to set up a time to come to my place and charge my battery, so that I could get the car to the shop. True to his word, he and his associate showed up and promptly charged my battery. We took it to the shop and they fixed the battery and completed an oil change in less than an hour. Sal was open to answering any questions I had about my car, and offered some suggestions about future tire replacement. He was professional and informative, without 'pushing' a sale. My car runs smoothly and I'll definitely return in the future to change my tires. There wasn't a lot of space to sit in the shop and wait for my car (although there was enough space for me and my kid to sit and wait, and there was coffee available), but the efficiency of their service meant we weren't waiting all that long. Got a quote from Sal S to do a timing belt job on my Audi. Prices were very competitive, far below the dealership price to do the job. Unlike other places, they let you bring your own parts, which is great! Had the job done in less than a day. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here...He even gave me a discount. They are expert diagnosticians, very fair in their pricing and great communicators. My previous garage in Sleepy Hollow was afraid to work on the suspension of such an old car, and Apple Tire & Auto Service confidently replaced the bushings for a smoother ride. When the throttle body failed and needed replacement they gave me a very fair quote, and also helped me reason through whether it was worth investing that much in such an old car, even though it was in a way against their own self interest. I had a great experience here. My light kept coming on saying that my air pressure was low on my tires. Dylan took me right away and fixed my problem the first time and a few days later when I had another tire issue. They found the little tiny nail in my tire and fixed it right away. Everyone is really nice here and I would feel comfortable bringing my car here to be repaired again. Bad week for me with tires, but my experience here made it less stressful than it could've been. The owners(both) are always at the shop to help you. When I drop off my car -- they even gave me a ride back to work which is about 5 blocks away. All my co-workers (70+) take their cars there.... Went in for a pre-purchase used car inspection. It was too expensive and no thorough enough. They should have had a proper detailed checklist they should have followed and then handed to their customer considering they charge as much as $100 - and i have gotten a few of these inspections done before so if you are going to charge as high s other companies who do this for a living and have an awesome and detailed/thorough process, you should follow suit too.
