I got an online quote of $150 that would include one bedroom and one hallway. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day with an arrival window of 12-5:00. I called on the day of the appointment just to confirm. She was very polite, well spoken and helpful and we were all set. I opted in for texting and when they were on the way, I got a text with his GPS trackable location and name. Sawandi arrived around 1:00. He was all smiles and introduced himself. He came in, talked about what he would do and explained the after care instructions. He also said $150 is the minimum but there was enough room to add bacteria killing sanitizer and freshener. Yes please! I can't go in yet because it needs 24-48 hours to dry but it looks great and it smells clean, not even a hint of the previous odor. It smells light and fresh without being too perfumey. I took an after picture of a small section. I highly recommend this company and if you need anything done, ask for Sawandi Kirby. He was fantastic.

I called to get some advice on what a to do and was told the spots might be retreated since there was an issue. I was then advised that the owner said that since I was a couple of days over a week that nothing could be done for me. If I wanted any assistance they would retreat completely and charge since they don't spot clean. This is only about 5 or 6 spots and it is the Tuesday following a three day holiday weekend. He charged almost $100 more than the quote and did so AFTER he cleaned the furniture. He did not say up front what the cost would be, to ensure my mother in law still wanted to service. Then after complaining, Carrie said she would rather just give us a refund than argue or even discuss the discrepancies. She said a check for the difference would be mailed out the next day...well, it was not. After 2 weeks of waiting for the check, I called only for her to be rude and snippy and say that she had to wait for my mother in laws check to clear first before she mailed out the refund...which I completely understand, but she could have called and told us there would be a slight delay. I just do not appreciate being deceived or the fact that my 81 year old mother in law was taken advantage of...which I think is what clearly happened here. My mother in law is happy with the work on the love seat, but she said he barely cleaned the chairs. But that is just an add on to the frustration of this company and in particular, Carrie....she is always 'driving' when I talk to her, and then she hung up on me before I could say anything else to her.
