Rates are competitive; however, I noticed for another company her rates are higher but she does things they do not do. After receiving the service her prices are well worth it. She arrived as planned for the estimate and took time to walk my house with me and inquire about what I needed and what she could do. Yesterday, they did everything she said they would and more. They arrived on time, with a text letting me know they were on the way. Three people including Idalia for a deep cleaning. They were all wearing uniformed company tshirts. They brought their own supplies. Very respectful of my home. Communication was easy throughout the time they were here. For example, I opted for the extra charge to get my fridge cleaned. It sparkled like new and she made sure to let me know about a compartment that could not be pulled out to be cleaned. I appreciated the effort. I have a 3 story home and in four hours they touched everything leaving my home fresh and comfortable. With another service I felt as though I had to constantly ask for basic things to be done. Not with Segovia! Of course I scheduled for my next cleaning and hope to be on a schedule going forward. We hired WSCS at the recommendation of our contractor when it became clear we would need help moving everything out so that we could have our floors redone. Joanna organized that process and more, coming before the flooring work to prepare the house and move everything out, coming again just after the refinishing to remove the dirt and dust from every surface (including cleaning windows), again to move everything back into the house (again cleaning everything that was coming back in, such as furniture that my husband and I had been lax in dusting and adding "fuzzy feet" to all furniture legs to protect our new floors), and then one last time after our contractor did some final, final work. I would go out of my way to recommend WSCS to anyone looking for anything from regular house cleaning to full-blown disaster clean-up. I hired JNK Cleaning Services a few weeks ago. Since I did, they haven't been on time a single…read morevisit. Instead of leaving early, they blame traffic and they are 40 minutes late again. Attached is a pic of the text showing they agreed to the 8am start Last week, they left before they didn't even finish the service. They claimed they would complete it this week when I asked them about the things missed. Kristina and Jason need to be stronger than their many excuses. In the short time they worked for me, they said they couldn't work due to 2 funerals, traffic, etc. They also made made tons of phone calls, including a virtual doctor's appt during scheduled work hours. They were not personally accountable and determined in order to achieve success. I don't recommend Kristina and Jason because they weren't on time for a single visit. Also, when they should have been working, they were on the phone and leaving early.
