Had an appointment last week for a mobile detail. Got about 8 separate emails and text reminders about the appointment, including that morning. No one showed up at the scheduled time. I called the office, no answer, left a message. Called again later to ask for an explanation, no answer again, left another message. Now, days later, no one has contacted me about what happened. I'd already paid for the service, too (Groupon). Luckily, I got that refunded and another appointment set up with a different company. Pathetic customer service and not reputable. read more

Monroe detailed my car today and it looks fabulous, seriously, I never thought it would look so good. He spent well over 2 hours, came to me, the whole process was super easy. Monroe was a complete pro. I really couldn't be more pleased, and his cost $135 for a small SUV (Jeep) was very competitive. He communicated clearly when he was running a bit behind. I ordered this Groupon because I originally had a mobile detailed with another vendor that neglected to show up for an appointment which was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. He forgot to let me know he "hurt is ankle" & forgot to cancel! So I contacted Groupon & requested my money back, of course they wanted to give me GrouponBucks.... a supervisor gave me a list of others in the area. I selected Team Detail, went on the website tried to book a date, no luck. I called & emailed to leave a message letting them know I had a Groupon for interior & exterior detail. My call was returned, we discussed service & availability, it was Nov 5, the next appointment they had was Dec 3 almost a month later. Like most people I place info directly into my calendar. I imagined that entrepreneurs & business owners did the same. Team is located in a business park, a little confusing because the address doesn't give a suite initial. So I called & guess what, of course they didn't answer so I rode around a little bit & found them, btw I did leave a message letting them know I was close but needed assistance locating them. I arrived about 1:05pm & guess what I wasn't on the schedule! After phone calls, emails & confirmation. The owner greeted me without a mask, the kids were in the lounge area without mask.... and I'm just trying to get my car detailed. She was dismissive & acted like she couldn't have made such an error? Can you leave your car? Can you come back? Can you do Saturday? We will come to you, I will send a mobile team, hold on let me check. She came back " oh we Can't do mobile detailing anymore" WTH is this? Some new kind of customer service? I will tell Groupon to refund your money,,.this is my 2nd rodeo with detailing services through Groupon. The company doesn't stand behind the vendors they market. I am going to get my money / bucks & delete the app. BTW both companies were black owed, I try to support small & minority owned businesses but this is why we struggle. read more

I purchased a Groupon to have my car detailed. I communicated via email and phone several times and it was like pulling teeth getting specific information and setting an appointment. Then the week of the appointment they sent an invoice via email for prepayment of the service. I ignored it because I had never been told I had to prepay. Then I received a second email the next day, canceling my appointment. I sent an email asking what was going on and never got a response. Then 4 days later, the day before my scheduled appointment, I received a confirmation of my appointment!?!? I also received a text confirmation the day of the appointment as well! SO confusing. I called the morning of my 3:45 PM appointment, and asked the employee what was happening. She said I should have known I needed to prepay! I was never told! I would have remembered that ! I said that I would pay now, but She said she wasn't sure if she could send me another invoice, and that she couldn't take my credit card over the phone. She said she would call me back. She never did. I left 4 messages and sent another email. No one showed and no one communicated that they weren't coming. And to finalize the poor service, they reported to Groupon that I used the Groupon the day before my appointment, thereby deleting its value! Terrible Customer Service, and poor communication. Save your money and go to a reputable Detailer! This company is NOT reputable or honest. read more
