Unfortunately, what I witnessed was the exact opposite. While several employees were struggling to clean vehicles, the owner appeared more interested in sitting indoors drinking beer during business hours than supervising operations or ensuring customers received the quality of service they were paying for. The lack of leadership, accountability, and professionalism was impossible to ignore. As someone who values good service and is willing to become a loyal, repeat customer, I was extremely disappointed. Rather than earning my future business, this experience guaranteed that I will never return. Consumers work hard for their money and deserve businesses that take pride in their work and respect their customers. I didn't go for the full service because the price felt ridiculous and shady. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they enter the sale at the $27 price and pocket the difference. I went with just an exterior wash, and even that was a waste--my car came out still dirty, with blue streaks left on the hood. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

For…read moreanyone who has ever had to do this before, you know that the vehicle must be "white finger glove clean." Glow Express was recommended to me and I am so appreciative. The attendant was very nice and friendly. I chose the "Ultimate Wash," because I wanted every exterior nook and cranny thoroughly cleaned. I'd washed the car in VT before driving to NJ, but I knew that it would need that extra step. The attendant handed me a bag with a lint-free cloth, two interior wipes, and an air car freshener. All I can say is, wow! I do not get those things back home and I pay $25 to go through the machine. This was an awesome bonus. The wash itself was very thorough. I go to a similar place in VT and I felt this place's machines did a better job. There was a lot more sudsing and getting the bug junk off. I then wiped the car down with the amazing cloth (superior quality) and used the air pressure to push any bugs and debris in the from radiator out. The vacuum was also high powered and excellent. All equipment was clearly well maintained. I was there at 10am on a gray Monday morning and there were at least 6 other customers wiping down their vehicles and more coming. Clearly the negative reviews do not match the popularity of this place. If I lived in the area, I'd pay the $40/m for the unlimited Ultimate wash, but they also have unlimited basic washes for $20/m which is truly a great deal. So how did the POV white finger glove test go? It passed with flying colors, largely in part to this great car wash.

Love that they offer free vacuums for your use after the car is washed. Bring a towel with you, the drying system doesn't quite get everything dry which is normal. Satisfied customer. My car comes out super clean after each wash and there are employees at the end who wipe the windows and insides down and dry the car off. The only complaint I have is that the vacuums don't have great suction. (The use of vacuums are free with each wash BTW) I have a dog and when I want to get all of the dog hair out of the carpet it can be somewhat difficult. Inside you can watch your car get wet, lathered, and rubbed down the entire way. Theres a small desk where you can pay along with a huge assortment of air fresheners to purchase. When your car is done, employees hand dry your automobile down, and there is a tip box if you keep inclined. This place gives your automobile a decent wash if you don't feel like doing it yourself or if you have no other option.
