One of the best car washes I've ever visited in the Aberdeen Area. Car goes in dirty and comes out clean. I've been a customer for over 10+ years and not once have o had an unpleasant or bad experience. Workers are super nice and will go above and beyond to make sure your car shines. Inside of the car was not cleaned well at all. Crumbs in the cup holders. I'm not expecting a detailing but a simple wipe of a damp cloth would pick up these crumbs. Unfortunately I tipped the crew before I was able to see the poor job they did. I've been here lots of times in the past but this is the worst job they have ever done. read more

Aberdeen Car Wash was pretty crowded, after all the snow we had we just wanted to get the salt cleaned off the car and apparently so did a lot of other people. There were no pleasantries here. It was like an assembly line. We drove up and waited for a few moments until it was our turn in front of the car wash entry. The two guys working at the entrance asks.... what do you want . We requested only the very basic outside of the car cleaned (under $10.00) and literally that's all they do, just run the car through the wash. You can't ride in the car while it goes through the washing process. Instead you go inside and you can see the car go through the process then walk directly to the cashier and pay. Its just that simple. At first they thought that they were not going to dry the car they just left the door open while it was dripping wet to say, ok her is your car. They thought otherwise while we stood there waiting for them to complete the job. We watched the person who wiped the car afterward spend literally 3 minutes (if that) wiping down the car. He did the wax on and wax off motion with his two hands in a very fast motion while walking around the car just as fast. I mean you couldn't see the salt anymore but there was still mud here and there on the car. I was a little annoyed but residue from the snow and salt were gone which was really our goal. Murphy's law, get a basic car wash and it rains all day the next day, and that is exactly what happened the next day. Do not use this car wash if you have a roof rack. The machines will not clean the space beneath the roof rack cross bars. The staff will not clean those areas manually, even at an extra fee. Also, service is slow. They do not have an express lane for those wanting an exterior wash only. You must wait for the cars ahead of you to get their interiors vacuumed (while the inside wash area is empty). I wonder how many people wanting just an exterior wash simply drive away, rather than wait unnecessarily in line. Lost business! read more

In my experience I would avoid at all cost. I was going to this car wash for about a year since it was the most convenient car wash and they offered a monthly service for a pretty good price. The last time I went they damaged the front mats of my car with the air compressor. When I addressed the owner he denied that his equipment had damaged the mats. He accused me of having kids in my car with cleats. I don't have kids and I'm the only person who is ever in my car. Not to mention I'm immaculate and get my car washed several times a week. As soon as I got back in the car I knew right away that they had been damaged by to air compressor. The owner became abusive and extremely defensive. Then told me people are always trying to get free stuff out of him. He said he would use the same tool to clean the other mats and if they became damaged he would buy me new ones. I would not let him. Of course he would have lowered the air pressure if I would have allowed him to. Avoid this car wash! read more

The new machines they installed are great the inside waiting area is very nice everything about the place is great the owner put a lot of money into this place! Now here are the downfalls: The staff is terrible the new cashier girl acts as if she is doing you a favor I'm not asking for a hand shake and a hug but just be pleasant she is just there to take your money she is to busy playing on her phone she and acts like your annoying her! Place seems to be getting worse and worse. I have monthly plan ( their most expensive package) and last few times I went they only provided me with the mid priced package. I ask for manager or owner and they are never there. I spoke with cashier and she said it was because they were short staffed. So you can't clean my 3rd row and trunk because your short staffed yet I'm still paying for the most expensive monthly package. They are almost never open their posted hours ( open late and close early) this past weekend it was 90 degrees and sunny and they were closed all weekend???? management / owner just doesn't seem to care. Took my car for a car wash and vacuum. and paid for what they called a complete package.It was not busy at all at the time and I was the only one there.Vacuum was just rushed and interior of the car was not wiped and cleaned and was left dusty. I would like to thank the Owner, Jason for assisting me today! I have a monthly subscription to Aberdeen Car Wash and stopped by today since I experienced dark grease located on one side of my suv. I hoped one quick wash would do the trick and unfortunately it wasn't enough. Jason came out and was super welcoming and attentive to my issue! He expressed genuine concern and it was deeply appreciated! He grabbed a couple of cloths and applied a degreaser and guess what, it worked! Jason spent the extra time and went above and beyond for me to make sure I left with a nicely cleaned car! Overall, this place is awesome! Excellent customer service and extremely friendly staff. (THEFT FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER'S VEHICLE) Went for a wash on 6-9-20 and one of their employees stole an item out of my vehicle. The incident was confirmed on their surveillance video and the manager Jason Patel apologized, asvised the employee would be dealt with, and offered me unlimited washes until 7-15-20. I was satisfied with the offer so I decided not to file a theft report. Went for a wash on 6-14-20 and saw the same employee who stole from my vehicle working. I provided the business card of Manager Jason Patel granting me a free wash, and I was advised by the cashier that the agreement would not be honored. To know you have employees unlawfully taking items from a customer's vehicle, but keep them employed is very disappointing to say the least. read more

It was so good that I came back to get my other car washed but this time I brought my 3 year old daughter who was so amazed by how cool everything lit up with all the bright colors while going through the tunnel. Place is terrible. Went for my first time today, for some reason they took off my Antenna, end up losing a piece of my Antenna. I've been to many of car washes have never had my Antenna taken off. Now they have to order me a new one and put it in. Plus get my car back and the front is filthy the back of the car is filthy can see where they didn't dry it. His response was sorry it's difficult when there's salt on the car.. your business is a Car WASH that's what your suppose to do.. then he says I'll grab a spray bottle and clean it... how about you run my car through the car wash again and dry it properly? Terrible just terrible. It's a nice facility. Someone invested a lot of money in equipment. That's not the issue. The staff is unsupervised and horrible. They do half a job. Literally one side of your car gets wiped down inside and the other stays untouched. And it's not like it's cheap. For $24 I expect the car to get done in total. The unlimited deals are great but I hesitate based on the lackluster experience. Car washes pretty much any place else are far superior. I started going to Aberdeen a few weeks ago. It was close and efficient, and I'm glad I went. I go the ultimate, I work as a K9 handler so my vehicle is always dirty... and wow was I impressed. My vehicle looked like I just got it detailed! I was extremely happy with the services, prices, and staff. I went back a second time and got the supreme because my vehicle wasn't as dirty and was just as happy with my results. So pissed off I just took it home and finished it myself. The machine didn't clean the back of the car or the lower sides of the car at all. Fellow went around wiping it and still missed behind the lower parts by the tires. Missed parts of the door jam. The aluminum rims were filthy and the fellow who put the tire shine on didn't even say anything to anybody. I also had to re-clean the mats because the machine they ran it through left them dirty. Purchased the monthly car wash plan. I noticed the paint on all four wheel rims starting to peel. Pointed it out to the cashier. She took pictures and my contact info to give to owner. I have now been there on 3 different occasions 45 mins to 1 hour before posted close time and the doors are down and one blocking entrance. if you cant stay open until 6 pm change times on your site. If I could give Aberdeen Car Wash negative stars, I would. When I was there 2 months back, one of their machines caught the bottom of my rear bumper and ripped it off. Then, the representative who saw it all happen, Rich, apologized profusely to me telling me exactly what happened. Right as this was happening, the manager, Yelena, ran outside and tried to tell me it wasn't their fault, that my car could have had "prior damages". Umm, I think I, as well as the rest your staff, would have noticed my bumper laying on the ground when I pulled up. Next, we went inside to discuss everything and Rich tried to retract everything he said in front of his superior! I couldn't believe it. After arguing with both of them, Yelena finally conceded and referred me to a body shop in the area so they could "take care of the damages". She assured me that Aberdeen Car Wash was going to pay for the damages. So, I complied and went for an estimate while getting one of my own. The body show agreed with my estimate and that this damage was due to the car wash machine, BUT Aberdeen Car Wash then said they refused to pay for it. NOT TO MENTION, they didn't wash my car thoroughly! When I was leaving after my arguments, I had to call someone over to actually clean the interior! So, going forward, I would not refer this place to my worst enemy and I would strongly suggest finding another place to wash your vehicle. read more

Was very disappointed with the quality of the wash. My vehicle was no cleaner than when it when in to when it came out. I asked for the complete wash (in and out) and tire shine. When I got home I noticed there was no tire dressing as the tires were still wet when I left. Further inspected the car and there was still dirt and grime all over it. The wash did damage to our front mats, with the air compressor to clean dirt. When we alerted the owner, his response was "we did not do that, and people are always trying to get money out of me". First, we did not ask for anything, two, his response was in an abusive tone to a woman. We are saddened that a small business like this choose to be defensive and aggressive as opposed to actually looking into the issue. When I called about the way my girlfriend was treated the owner became agitated and abusive, even threatening to call the police as my girlfriend was still there and visibly shaken by his behavior. He subsequently canceled our membership without notice and asked EverWashApp to ban us as customers. Every customer should make their own decisions of where they spend money and we are not advocating for people to stop being customers, we are only highlighting our experience. Each woman who frequents the wash should be aware of the way they are potentially treated if their partner is not there. I'm sure if there is never an issue the owner is a different person, but it's important for us to update how we felt we were treated, and let each person decide if they potentially want to treated the same if a concern arises.
