Hands down this is the worst car wash place I ever been to in my life! They only do exterior and no interior here which is one reason why I'd never go here again! Nobody even towel dries your car here either! I came here with bird poop all over my car and after paying $17 my car was just as filthy before the car wash! None of the bird poop came off! As far as a machine car wash goes this place is probably one of the best ones in the area. Sometimes you just gotta get the road salt and grime off your vehicle. Any machine wash isn't great for your paint but if you are ok with that and just need the filth gone for $10 this place will get it done. read more

Terrible wash. I will save my money and do it myself. They don't do jack but take your money. No vacuuming, interior windows, drying, etc. On top of that, read all the reviews of people who had their cars scratched from their equipment which of course they deny everything. Alfredo and the gentlemen here are super cool and have good vibes. it's clean and all vacuums are powerful and work which you hardly find in other places. NO, grouchiness compare to other car washes. I went to get my car wash on Saturday feb 11th at approximately 10:30am and left with a damaged car! The worker told me to put the car in neutral but apparently my tire was not on the track correctly. Mid way through the car wash my car starts to shift to the right and hits the signage pole causing damages to my car. I had an eye witness who was in the car behind me. The manager Christian Martinez Avila wrote a vehicle incident report and told me he would call me in 24-48 hrs to discuss results from the camera. Everyone who saw this said it was for sure going to be their fault and they would pay. Christian called me Sunday to inform me that they are not liable and that was it ! Nothing about what he saw in camera. You guys deserve to go out of business and I will make sure I post as many negative comments as I can !!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! Their machine malfunctioned and ripped my cross rail off!!! The best part is the person who works there is trying to blame me and saying I drove when I didn't! Supposedly the sensor stops the brushes from going when it senses the cross rail. It stopped for the first one but not the second. read more

This was by far the worst car wash I've ever gotten. I understand that it is an express one where you self vacuum. But, I'm confused as to what the Ultimate Wash actually does? My car left with the dirt still on it and the vacuums barely had suction. A waste of $21 go somewhere else. read more

This is under new management and different concept since last visit. And I am not liking this at all. They do not vacuum the inside at all. You can do it before getting in the car wash line. There is a $7, $16 and $20 was. Not sure what is the difference. At the time I had not idea that there be no drying the car when out the wash. There is no hand washing the car before entering the washer. And customers stay in the car now. At the end when you are through the cycle. There is no one there to dry the car. And really no room to pull over and dry it yourself. So basically you are left with a car with water spots everywhere. Got home to dry car and smeared dirt where the pre wash would normally clean. I was surprised that the wheels were so cleaned. Like they were amoral somewhere in the wash. Aside from that nothing to make me want to pay $16 for a wash where I know there will be smeared dirt, I still need to get out and to dry the car and clean my windows. If that is the case I'd go to a self wash car wash for even cheaper. Or go down the street pay $16 and not have to nothing. read more

Customer service is key in any business. If someone mention a discrepancy in your equipment it's a good idea to have it checked out and respond back to the person. When no contact is made that shows you don't care. The tire shine does not gloss the tires good at all. Offer an incentive and just have some tire shine supply on the side to put on the tires. The rest of the service they provide is great. read more

The car gets clean nicely but I hate that they don't vacuum and dry your car off. There is really not much room to pull over to dry your car off. When you enter the driveway you then pull up to a gate and you have to press the pad to get in. Not really so sure why that is needed. Not sure how long this idea will work. The guys who work there are pleasant but I do like old school car washes. I have the monthly plan so it does pay off in the long run. read more

I got a membership here for car washes. It's supposed to close at 6 like it says. I got here on a Thursday at 530 and it's closed. I get off work late as this is the only times I have to get my car washed. Very misleading and unfair and I want to stop my monthly membership here because of this. It is very unprofessional to say your business hours are until 6 and you close at 5:30. read more

It is a good value for an exterior wash plan. My only criticism is that, even though my tires where surprisingly very clean, my wheels (rims) didn't come out clean at all. If they could remedy this I would highly recommend. read more

Went through behind a truck with a salter in the bed... why they let a truck with visible salt rocks on it is beyond me. My car is nothing special but I'm sure that 2019 black mustang isn't happy with those extra scratches from Watever is left over in the brushes. read more

I have been a monthly car wash customer for the last year. In the beginning the wash was great and the shine for the "Glow Wash" was very good and free of water spotting. BUT since early spring whenever I get my car washed there are WATER SPOTS all over the car. It is especially noticeable on the glass surfaces and chrome/platinum trim. I have a metallic black paint finish and the water spots just plain ruins the wash. And they don't come off unless you wax them out or go to another car wash that uses different chemicals. I am told by other car washes that Glow Express car Wash is not using the proper "Rinse Agents" in their chemicals or maybe NONE AT ALL! (They must have when they first opened because the wash for the first 6 months or so was perfect) This has been going on since early spring of this year (2021). I have spoken to everyone that works there repeatedly about this water spotting issue and they tell me the chemicals are all at the proper level and normal. I show them all the water spots and they don't seem concerned or have any answers what's wrong. FIX IT!! Management has to be aware of this (trying to save money on the right chemicals??). The water spotting is just chronic and so bad I am going to CANCEL MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP!! So get your washed there at your own risk:( read more
