Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and efforts) and how they promote their listings. Team Kristen Schramme stood out as the best San Antonio has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (which means that people would find their listings easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Ms. Christa Henarie. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market (she was very accurate when she said how many days it would take her to sell my house and she was actually able to attract THREE offers within 7 days of listing), and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far away from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell.
