When I moved out, they tried to delay returning my security deposit for an entire month -- even though the law clearly requires it to be returned much sooner. I had to remind them of their legal obligations before they finally agreed to process it. On top of that, their attitude toward tenants is dismissive and unprofessional. They talk down to you and act like they're doing you a favor instead of providing a service. It's obvious their main concern is raising rent and protecting their own bottom line, not treating people fairly. If you're thinking about renting a property they manage, think twice.
