The have the ultimate best customer service over any other YMCA in this area. Everyone is ridiculously nice and truly work as a team. I love that you see the same faces everyday with the patrons. It represents the kindness and loyalty. The employees just don't check you in like other facilities. They ask you about your week or your holiday and will listen. I value places such as this where you come for one thing and you gain others such as friendship. This facility also helped me with complications with my account and their gymnastic facility is amazing. They even offer classes to learn other specialties. My favorite is the coffee station. This new facility certainly bring life to area. Including the recreation center, it has brings class like Zumba class and line dancing. Other sporting time including open court basketball, badminton, pickle ball. Please check their website for activities. The recreation center use for sport is free. It is paid and funded by county tax. This is a $2.3 millions facility include the large gymnasium, recreation room include multipurpose room, kitchen, art and craft room, exercise room, computer lab and game room. It is well organized facilities that have many interests. I would said go check them out since this is your tax money for the benefit of the people.

Crossfit is a whole body workout, and there are times in which you will be sore after, but its a good sore. Although sometimes the WODs are a bit intimidating, once you do it, there is a sense of pride after. Just to note again, you can scale down the workout, and no one will judge you! The schedule ranges from early morning to late evenings, so there is really no excuses on why you can't exercise :)...think of crossfit as recess. From just the short time I entered crossfit, I noticed that I am becoming slowly stronger, gaining definition near the butt (LOL), and becoming more tone. And I am not becoming bulky (so for the females out there don't be afraid)! Who wouldn't want that?! The last time I was able to achieve that was when I was in my high school tennis team...and doing just the treadmill won't get you these results.. but if crossfit or barbells isn't your cup of tea, then they do offer bootcamp classes; these classes will feature movements similar to those performed in the group classes, but geared towards those preferring longer workouts or people with injuries that may be prohibitive to some exercises. Everyone is nice and really supportive. And I'm looking forward to continuing here at this box! They also have groupon deals and you can come in for a free week/trial period! So don't be shy (read my previous review for how I felt in the beginning before I joined/started crossfit)! I shall be looking forward to seeing you in the box!

I happened to come in on a Saturday and it turned out to be a team WOD, so it was a nice opportunity to meet and work together with the Jaguar regular athletes. This place is the epitome of the word "box". It's a huge warehouse great for WODDING it out. I really liked the setup, there was even a long patch of fake grass for running inside. All the equipment is nice and seemed to be well taken care of. I find it hilarious and amusing that they have these stools in the bathrooms so that you can squat when you're taking a crap. They even had pamphlets explaining why it is more healthy to squat and poo. Will be back again when I am back in Tampa.
