It's also great that they offer a "Kids Klub" even though it appears to only be open one day a week based on the posted sign. The fresh fruit smoothies are also a great option particularly for morning workouts and the lockers are spacious and give you the option of bringing your own lock. There were a couple of things that felt a bit off. Fox News was playing in the bathroom, which came across as unprofessional, and one of the benches in the sauna felt unsafe since the wood gave way. I spoke with a girl named Emma who processed the cancellation and told me I would still have to pay for December because it wasn't a 30-day notice, which I agreed to. Months later I realized my membership was never actually canceled, and I've continued being charged the premium monthly rate. When I went in to fix it, a front desk employee named Aaron was very unhelpful and told me that since I don't have the email confirmation from November, they won't refund the charges -- even though the mistake was on their end. The staff was rude and showed no concern, even after explaining the situation. What's worse is this has happened to three of my friends as well. Be very careful canceling here and make sure you keep proof, or you may keep getting charged.
