Good workout area, but whole building is dumpy. Nice staff except one mean old guy. Free wifi as well.

Staff are great and gymnastics studio is very cool. Building needs some updating and work out area is somewhat small but good for families.

As a working mom, nothing is harder than finding quality childcare at a price that doesn't burn…read morethrough your entire paycheck. At $200 for the entire summer, there's no way I could pass up such a value to have my kiddo taken care of for 9 hours a day 5 days a week. Well, the old saying is true- you get what you pay for. This is long but I feel it all needs to be said. I was lured in with big talk of a structured day with continued learning and weekly field trips. Sad to say this wasn't the case. Our kiddo is entering 1st grade, so she is young, but the folks signing us up let me know she would be welcomed into the program. It was only after orientation that I was informed since she was not 6 years old, she couldn't go on field trips because of insurance policies for the buses. You would think if they take them into the program, they would bus them. Ok, NBD. Well- 1st field trip rolls around & the director asks if P was signed up. I said she was & Nikia said "great, bus leaves at 8:30." I then asked if policy changed because she was 5, to which she quickly shifted to "yeah, she can't go." Had I not said anything, she would have put her on the bus. I was then asked every week if she was signed up. By more than one employee, multiple times. No one seemed to remember this important info until I reminded them. A week in she got a huge bruise running into a broken foosball table. No accident report. Week later, slip & hit her head- accident report made, but when I inquired about why I didn't get a report for the 1st incident, I was told there was no incident. Weird, because a coach had to get her ice & calm her down from crying & a week later she still had a bruise. Same week I get pulled aside to be told about "behavior," it seems she was peeling paint off the wall. A) Why does a childcare establishment have paint peeling off the wall? B) Why is my child being left unattended long enough to peel paint? I reprimanded her but was more concerned on the two points stated above. Daily I got told stories of bullying & name calling. BGC is supposed to have zero tolerance, but I guess that is just talk. Not once but twice, P was accosted by two different kids who thought shoving & kicking were a good idea. One punk thought it was ok to kick my little girl in the crotch because she called him out for cutting line. No clue what happened to the kids but my guess is they are still running around. My kid has some anxiety, & misses me when she's upset. So when the bullying started, she didn't want to be there & she would ask if she could call me from the front. Instead of figuring out why she was exhibiting the behavior, they allowed her to call me, multiple days. Once I was contacted by my daughter EIGHT times in 1 day. They should have taken the initiative to deflect the situation, to engage her in an activity that would ease her apprehension. No, their solution was to have her repeat dial me from the desk. I have a full time job- not only was this unnecessary but very distracting & worrisome as when I didn't answer & the repeat calls came in I thought something was wrong. I called back only to be greeted w/ an adolescent "HELLO." Apparently a "helper" child was answering the phone- I didn't even know if I was calling the right place. Another day, the kid was having more anxiety. BGC calls with a report of a stomachache. Husband drops everything to go and see her cutting up & running around like a normal 5 year old. Kid played them & they were clueless. Building full of children & you can't see when you're getting a line? The last straw was when they denied my daughter the bathroom & she peed her pants. Another child had a nosebleed in the girls' room & they shut it down for an extended period. My daughter informed her coaches she needed to go & they denied her repeatedly instead of opening staff room or allowing girls to go into the boys' room. Newsflash- kids like to wait until the last minute to tell you, so when they have to go, they have to go. No, instead they let my little girl pee herself. So if she wasn't getting bullied before, she would after this. A 5 year old, still trying to figure life out, & getting zero help from this so-called safe space for kids. I pulled her out that day & the director couldn't have cared less. I informed her it would be my child's last day. No whys, no trying to talk me out of it, no understanding my frustrations, just a nonchalant breathy "sorry it didn't work out" w/ an eye roll.
