I hope management can address this, because good customer service makes a big difference in the overall experience.

The way the play area is laid out, you can can pretty much see your kids at all angles and that is helpful for me on this particular day, as I was trying to get some work done on my computer. Kids are not to wear shoes and socks are required. I love Sesame Street so this was a fun and colorful place for this kids to play. I love that too that they will shut this area down periodically throughout the day to do a thorough clean of the equipment. How awesome is that?! There really wasn't an overall explanation on how to do the monogram on the box so we struggled with this until a staff member came by and guided us on the process but by then all but 1 monogram was on a box. Wish there would have been just a bit more overall instructions on this is how we put on and take off the monogram. Overall the experience was lovely and I think everyone really enjoyed it. Have a larger room and provide better safety gear (no extra charge). Have the breakables next to the door and a podium where you can break them one at a time. On a positive note.. the staff as nice. They called prior to the party to confirm and said I could use them for the cake and then 10 min prior to cake time told me they don't make cakes. The room had no music no decorations and had carts with other people's names on them prepping for other parties like we were in the storage room. If I could it would have been a 0/10. The only plus side was my kid got to hang with friends but I definitely could have done the exact same thing without paying $900 to be stressed and under impressed.
