When I mentioned I was told that they would make a second socket if the first one was not working I was told that "I always tell people that". On a side note instead of getting an entirely new leg to test out the test sockets my limb was taken to the back room under the guise of I just need to measure the height when in fact it was taken back there so that my leg could be used for the test socket. This is never been done to me at that location. I I'm going to mention that when the leg was returned to me reassembled the pump no longer worked. Was it just time for the pump to fail? When Tim Ruth was there they got 10 stars out of five for customer service and caring. My recent treatment has changed my previous score to one star.

After telling them what insurance I actually had, they went on assuming I had a different insurance and promised me I would receive free replacements. So, imagine my surprise when they asked me to pay over $300 for these pieces because they didn't bother to listen to me about what insurance I had in the first place. It's blatantly clear that they are only concerned with getting paid, even if they have to extract it from folks who can't pay, and they will lie just to get your cash. Please, I beg any other disabled folks, avoid this business and find people who legitimately care about your well being and discuss pricing honestly. Life is too short to get scammed by folks who prey on the chronically ill to make their living.

From the moment you check in to you check out, everyone is so caring, and understanding. The friendliness and vibe in this office is nothing but positive energy. Dr. Runkle was beyond understanding, he explained everything to me, and gave me my opinions, he explained that no matter if I had the procedure done that day or in a month it was need to be done.
