The office is clean and inviting, the hours are flexible, and the staff at the front desk and the therapists are sweet, understanding, and super knowledgeable. From the very beginning, they make things easy. Unlike other PT offices I've been to, they don't make you fill out several versions of the same paperwork; they streamline the process with just a few charts and forms that you have to fill out to make it as easy and quick as possible. Booking is also a breeze because of the flexible hours that they maintain. From the first therapy session, the therapists in the office give you their full and undivided attention. I always feel like I am my therapist's number one priority when I'm with her. I can tell that she considers my pain when we check in and when she designs exercises for me to do. In addition to being on top of it from a rehabilitation standpoint, they are super conversational (if you want to be!) and make the time fly by. I was perplexed because they had spoken with him directly over the phone. After a few minutes, they went with my appointment, but from what I heard and saw, it looked like them being overbooked was more the issue, because my therapist kept thanking another therapist for taking her patient. At the end of the appointment my therapist looked at her calendar and said that she would have to call me to schedule my next visit, mind you I am supposed to go twice a week. Any way, that appointment was on a Monday and as of that Friday I still had not received a call. Fortunately, I saw the writing on the wall early and set up some sessions with another company who has already seen me and laid out my schedule for as far as I would like. If you are looking for a physical therapist, I would probably skip this place and look elsewhere. I did not get nowhere near the service that I am use to here. And thankfully figured it out with only one session in.

Will the staff at ATI try to make you smile and laugh through some of the hard parts? Also, Yes. At least that's what Griffin does. He knows it hurts sometimes and he is always there to comfort me and make me laugh whenever possible. After receiving home physical therapy for a month after my surgery, I had been convinced by that physical therapist that my prognosis wasn't good and that I would have to go back into the hospital for additional surgery. Every time she would arrive to my home for pt, my blood pressure would be elevated. As strange as it may sound, I look forward to my physical therapy at ATI. I know that the hard work I'm doing there will only help me in the long run. Griffin assures me by saying that I shouldn't be worried about my progress because he's not worried. What a dramatic difference from what the home therapist said. My only regret is not coming to ATI sooner. I have no doubt that I am getting the best care possible and I am so grateful for that.

Asked if I owed anything. The answer was no. 2 months later out of the blue I get a collections notice. No bill. No notice. No attempt at contact. Said that "it won't show up on your credit report" spiel. No kidding, medical debt isn't allowed to go against credit. I paid it within minutes of getting the notice. Will be thinking long and hard about my choice of company next time.
