He listened asked questions and recommended starting with lower back stretches working the lower spinal column disks. We progressed with several stretches and strength exercises. Within three weeks the pain was completely gone. The quality of care was excellent. Everyone from the office secretary to therapy staff were very friendly and caring. It was a little chilly in the room so I was offered a warm blanket. And then when I was still cold, they gave me another warm blanket. Each time they came into the room, which was every 15 minutes, they always had a smile on their face. When the procedure was over, the nurse was kind to let me know what to expect next and how many days to wait for the results before it would show up on my portal. If you have a procedure to be done, it's worth the drive out to Brighton. I love it every time I come out to this facility.

The biggest issues are the long wait times made worse by inefficient and rude staff.

The second part of the year I saw a physical therapist for a very painful frozen shoulder, again they keep building you up adding new stretches and exercises to keep you progressing, they expect you to do streches at home as well to speed up the recovery time. All therapist are extreamly knowledgeable professional and empathetic. Carrie at the front desk is also very helpful with billing and insurance questions, very pleasant cool person.

She had to be taken to the ER, which was a horrible experience. They basically told her to splint her leg and ice it. Couldn't say anything else. So we made an appointment here soon afterwards. Within the first few minutes of having her in one of the rooms, Jessica figured out that she has an MCL tear, and possibly a meniscus tear or ACL tear (pending MRI confirmation). We got an MRI at another facility that they made an appointment for, and now we are just waiting to hear the results of that. Update: We got the MRI results and her ACL is torn! So she needs surgery. The Core Institute is also helping us out with this, as well as helping fit my wife for a better brace to be used post-surgery.
