I Had and appointment for mid afternoon next day. Had to reschedule as my ride had the flu. I canceled at 3:30 day before a 1pm apt. approx 21 hrs prior to my scheduled apointment. I Was happily notified i would be receiving a $35 non 24hr notice cancelation fee. Have to admit lady on phone was excited. I so understand its in policy under 24hrs but be real. being it wasnt a missed apointment but a call a day before to reschedule, not cancel, i would think they would want the multiple return visits that i would likely require along with good ratings and refferals. instead of quick $35 client loss. That $35 earned them a lossed client and referrals, I cancelled permanenatly to justify paying $35. They get no business from me or anyone I talk to. I made sure my referring Dr. Was notified also of this greedy sillyness. Gave her a better option to refer. She doesnt believe in charging for rescheduled apointments as do most all of the professionals I use. No results, no concern, not cutomer inclined, money grabbing with a smile. Anyway, I started out here a few weeks ago and got to work with Matt and Gary (sp?). The facility is really nice - recently decorated/remodeled with some great artwork murals around the room. They have all the latest rehab equipment and have pain killers and ice ready for you when you are all done. Matt and Gary have been awesome! Both work with me every step of the way but also have the sense to know when I just want to get to work. I will say everyone has been friendly here and I would recommend it highly to all my friends or even acquaintances for great health care. One note - They are in building 6160 now (not 6140 as the listing suggests).

You are going to keep an 80 y/o widows deposit after she paid you hundreds of thousands in fees because of "breach of contract". WOW. We will be starting legal proceedings against them and filing with the BBB, and telling the WORLD about our "experiences". There was no breach, and they cant prove there was one. Yes, there are some great people at RAH. But when the management us this cruel to someone who has paid them so much- I recommend you be very careful. Read the fine print, keep your paperwork, and watch the "help" carefully. Just what caliber of person do you think will do the kind of work they do for $10/hr??? And they charge $20 and up for the "care"! My mom is not the only victim here! For $20/hr you get a glorified baby sitter who may range from "awesome, and dedicated" (occasionally), to someone who is barely capable of communicating in grunts and wants to take a smoke break as often as possible. Most would merely put the patient on machines for most of the session, with maybe 5 minutes of hands-on work at the end. Rezac & Associates is NOT like that. Not only is the entire session hands-on work (with a machine or other modality as needed), but a number of their physical therapists are conversant with Lyme disease and the havoc it can wreak on all systems of the body. Although I may not heal this side of eternity, Rezac & Associates knows how to cater their physical therapy to the needs of each patient, rather than merely using a set protocol.
