From my first phone call with the sales manager, Ana Dorfman, to the doorstep delivery of my new tractor, my experience was fabulous. Ana was knowledgeable and super helpful. Within 15 minutes on the call, I had a tractor ordered at a price thousands below a competitor, with several tractor extras I didn't even expect to receive. My new tractor arrived within a week, just as described and ordered. Ana and the service tech who modified my tractor made several personal phone calls just to make sure I was satisfied, and the modifications were correct. I worked with Ana. First, it was amazing to be able to text someone rather than be sales pitched over the phone. Working in business sales I am used to working with the customer when and where they want to do business, but that is not near as common when you are the customer. Ana answered all of my questions, even off hours, and never seemed to be the least bothered. After a day or so of back and forth regarding models, implements, etc. we came to a deal, and within a week of inquiring about my new tractor it was here in Flagstaff. It arrived on my son's birthday, and at Ana's request the driver called me to tell me he was at the end of the road for me to load up his birthday gift, a pedal tractor. Run away. Do not walk. Run. This is maybe the worst dealership I've tried to deal with. 1. I live over 200 miles away. 2. Their website says "I'm Ana and I am Here to Help! Call, text, or email me for assistance - Call, text, or email me 24/7 directly for more information." I have called them at least a dozen times. Not ONCE have I ever been able to speak to anyone. Because I couldn't get anyone on the phone, I foolishly decided to drive 409 miles return to speak to someone and look at tractors. Bad idea. 3. I drove up in a red $100,000 Porsche and parked in front of the office. I walked around the lot for over half an hour. Not a single person ever came outside or approached me and asked if I needed anything. I was prepared to pay cash and spend upwards of $90,000.00. 4. And speaking of the lot, there were hundreds of tractors. Not a single one was clean or shiny. Every single one was covered with a thin layer of mud. It looked like hundreds of dirty, used machines. 5. Their website shows many Kioti tractors for sale. For instance, it shows 4 different RX7320s with backhoes for sale. (They actually show four different stock numbers on the website.) I couldn't find any on the lot. 6. I went inside the office and asked the young lady if they had any RXs for sale. I might as well have asked her the meaning of life. She knew NOTHING about any inventory and she didn't seem to know what an RX was. 7. Some guy who was in the office told me that their website is never updated and they didn't have a single 7320 sale. Not one. He said that just because they advertised it didn't mean they had it for sale. 8. He told me that they had one 7320 in the service area being prepped for delivery. I followed him around the building, and the unit had people scrambling around it. I wasn't allowed to sit in it. I wasn't allowed to look inside the cab. I wasn't allowed to walk around it. The guy who took me to the unit never said a word. He didn't ask if I had any questions. He never volunteered anything, or said a word. He didn't know anything or didn't care that I was a potential sale. 9. These people had a chance to make a sale, but they failed in so many ways it was astonishing. So, here are my takeaways about Team Tractor Ranch. 1. They don't have anyone to answer the phone; 2. They only have one salesperson; Ana, and she is always doing something else. She's not available to talk. She doesn't answer the phone. The website says you can call her 24/7 but it doesn't say that anyone will actually answer your call; 3. They have nobody in the office who knows anything or is wiling to help; 4. They don't have anyone to update their website; 5. They don't actually have the tractors they advertise for sale; 6. They don't have a lot tech or anyone to wash the inventory; 7. They have nobody to speak to you if you go the lot and want to buy a tractor. If they don't have anyone to take your money, God help you if you're dumb enough to buy a tractor from them. What are the odds you can actually reach someone if you need parts or warranty service? Probably zero. I have to wonder if this place is just a front for laundering money, because they don't seem to want to actually sell anything. And they won't address these issues in response to this review. All they'll do is say they tried to call me. Too little, too late. read more

Not worth your time! Spent some time walking around the dealership looking at equipment. Not one associate approached, looked, offer to help or even greet. Walked into the office to get some sort of service and all associated gather together proceed to ignore us. After several mins of waiting finally one associate approached us, fed up and frustrated we walked away. For a #1 tractor dealership for AZ, seems very disappointing. read more

I had been researching tractors for years. After buying a used one and restoring it, it was time for a new one. We stopped in and talked/worked with Carrie, super friendly, personable and knowledgeable. It took almost another year of deciding on what to go with backhoe/no backhoe, size 40hp - 53hp, etc. Carrie was awesome, she hung in there with us through the decision making process and our move to AZ. Once we were ready to buy, she worked with us over the phone and electronically to make the purchase (Kioti 4710SE w/ backhoe), super smooth, easy and legit. Thank you Carrie, you have been amazing and I sincerely appreciate you and everything you have done. Post purchase, they prepped the tractor and delivered (scheduled to Prescott) what a nice touch, really impressed with this and the level of service. Garrett, thank you you have been awesome. Since then we have had the tractor back to back to get some Ballast added and a 2nd spool warrantied. Again, Maggie and Garrett scheduled and picked up the tractor, so cool, friendly and so accommodating. Maggie worked with me remotely and got everything taken care of and again Garrett dropped off the tractor all fixed up and ready to work. I know everyone has their experiences and I have had mine as well. Team Tractor and the great folks I have dealt with have been awesome. Kioti's warranty or at least how Team Tractor has handled it, has been completely transparent to me and I appreciate everyone and all they continue to do. Thank you guys. read more

I requested written quote on the phone on a Kato 35 excavator from owner Sean on a Saturday, he agreed to provide it the following Monday-he failed to do so. After verifying that business was open on Saturdays until noon, I drove there from out of state a couple of weeks later. I found the unit I wanted, it was shown me by owners son who gave me a price on it only to increase it by several thousand dollars once we were inside the office. I requested quote in writing but was told that it would be mailed me on Monday "since they had my email already". It was never provided even tho I informed them I was a cash customer. I am eternally great full to Sean and his business for their lack of professionalism because as a result of this I saved about $20,000.00 on a new 2019 Sany SY35U with cabin, heat, a/c, radio, etc with 5 year 5000 hr warranty. Transaction was seamless, without drama and courteous. I know my unit is no good and the ones Sean sells are the best in the world! Right? Beware of Team Tractor. Went there to buy a oil filter for my Yanmar tractor almost a year ago. Parts guy sold me the wrong oil filter causing my engine to take a crap. Wrote a bad review about it. Then was contacted by Bryce wanting to know why we left a bad review. Ended up telling me to bring tractor down so they could reconcile the problem. I thought well that was the least they could do. So like a dumb ass i took it to them. Then they argued with me that it was not because of wrong oil filter. Hello, i think there are good reason why we don't just throw any oil filter that we can screw onto a motor. So i got in touch with Yanmar Corporation and they decided that Team Tractor should fix the tractor. We thought we found justice. NOPE! Almost a year later we get the tractor back and it ran less then a half hour and seized up again. We were loading it on trailer and found 10 or more bolts missing. When going down to check on progess every once in awhile, the mechanics told me they put new crank in my old crank case. I asked them if they had it line bored. Answer was no. Now any mechanic knows that is not going to work. If it does, only for a short time. Imagine that. It wont even start to get it off the trailer! So folks, its a good place to buy a tractor from, i suppose. But I would think twice about buying a part from them. And I damn sure would not let them work on a skateboard let alone my tractor! read more

Love the way the dealer owner Sean posts a comment that he is sorry for the poor customer service in Sept, and then updates his comment today trying to insinuate we were not qualified and that is the reason things went south. Funny thing, we found another dealer in CA where we purchased the same tractor we wanted with no issues. And this dealer mentioned Bryce by name and said he was one of his own dealership's top sales people and was sorry to hear he was gone! People actually fled Team Tractor to go to the dealer we found who was awesome. Apparently the apple had not fallen far from the tree. Everyone be forewarned. read more

The Team Tractor team is the best there is. I bought a KIOTI DK4210HSE from them and the experience was all good. Friendly people, family owned and operated, and great pricing. Recently, I had a Check Engine light, and my tractor was in limp mode. Now, I live in Southern CA. So I contacted Trinity Equipment, a KIOTI 5 Paws dealer (top tier), and tried to get them to look at my tractor. The only thing that Jorge was interested in, was, "where did you buy your tractor?" I asked why it mattered, but he didn't give me a reason. As soon as Jorge found out that I bought my tractor from another dealer, I was told that it would be at least 2 to 3 weeks before he could "squeeze me in". Additionally, I was told that I would have to pay $125 per hour for the diagnosis, up front, and "if" KIOTI approved the repairs, we could move forward under warranty. Really Trinity? So, I called Mark (service manager) at Team Tractor. Team Tractor is in the middle of their move into their beautiful new facility, and things were a bit chaotic there. Even with this going on, Mark told me to bring my tractor in. So, I drove all the way to Phoenix the next day. When I got there, Mark dropped everything he was doing, and immediately started diagnosing my problem. 40 minutes later, my tractor was fixed, and I was on my way. I want to thank Mark and the entire Team Tractor staff for their service after the sale that is above and beyond any reasonable expectations. It took two weeks for my tractor to get picked up and was at the dealership for one week for repair. The pick up driver was very nice and informative.
