She provided excellent customer service, made setting up our account quick and easy, and scheduled both a propane delivery and a line inspection. I called on Tuesday, and they were able to schedule us for Friday. As promised, Robert called about 30 minutes before arriving. He completed the inspection and was equally professional, friendly, and helpful. Both Kerry and Robert made the entire process seamless. From start to finish, this was a simple, pleasant experience.
