He told me to provide the insurance on phone, I said I can provide the insurance when I get there. They said if I don't provide they will cancel my booking! I finally provided the insurance to them and At same time they told me they don't have suburban they can give me tahoe. I agreed on downgrade. Then they told me I have to upgrade my insurance which property damage to 100k. I said ok then I paid extra on my insurance. Then they told me they gonna verify my insurance. The shop is dirty, literally filthy, grimy, smells awful in every office, every corner of the place is cluttered and disgusting. Over the phone they appraised the bike I wanted to sell, I love an hour and a half away. they told me over the phone it was amazing they wanted it and would pay more than I owed on it. get there, they appraise the bike for 1000$ less because "they need to make a good profit" is what the guy said. I can't believe I said yes. but I did. I sold it, they told me in 10 days they would send the payoff. it's not weeks later, I call, they know nothing. I email, no response, nobody knows anything about my transaction. it's as if they stole it, gave me a fake bill of sale. and now have no intentions to pay off the bike. By far the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I drove 6 hours to pick up a nearly 80,000 dollar car. When I arrived, a ton of parts were switched on the car that I did not agree to, and the price didn't reflect any of this. Adnan tries to start the car and pull it out so I can leave, the battery is completely dead. These guys knew I was coming for a week and knew I had a 6 hour drive. Adnan said "we just replaced the battery a week ago, but we will replace again and get you rolling" as I see his "mechanic" stretching a jump box. Needless to say, I got stranded in the middle of no where that night and luckily found someone to help me jump the car. During this we realized the battery was the original 2009 Nissan battery. Photos attached. The next issue was with all of the parts they removed. They kept the Cobb accessport and sent me off with an ethanol tune while saying the car was 93 octane. They swapped the rear section of exhaust and didn't even reattach it... the rear section slid about 4" back and ran open midpipe the whole ride home. Photos attached. The front lip they put on was glued on and destroyed, no undertray. The oil that came out of the car was pitch black. Photos attached. I can literally keep going but I'll run out of typing room. If I hadn't driven 6 hours, I would not have left with this car. Additional to all of this, I found out from the 3rd party finance writer, that the parts were removed and the price was not deducted because that was "$3000 of payments that went to him to handle the interaction" All of this was 2.5 months ago, and the easier part of dealing with these people. To this day, I still do not have a license plate or title, and at this point the finance company is hounding me for this for information. Team-extreme (all staff members) have now went completely ghost. I cannot get any response or any answers from them. Not even a message or call back. I raised enough hell that a title company finally reached me (meaning team extreme saw my messages and simply chose to ignore me), and the title company says that team extreme has been ignoring them as well. So I reach out to the finance company about the title, and they have the same story. Team Extreme has been ignoring them too. Seriously people. Stay far away from this dealership and the lying crooks who work here. I honestly feel terribly sorry for any high vehicle these clowns touch. The sad thing is the business is structured under "full throttle", likely meaning these guys have done all of this over and over again and just change the name and rid of bad reviews. The absolute worst experience I've ever had trying to get a vehicle. My husband and I were getting a pickup they had for sale but we're having it shipped to Lubbock Tx. They came and got my trade in within two days of the decision but said they were going to send the truck a couple days later. Over 2 weeks later the truck arrives with the engine light on and codes saying the engine power low, blowing white smoke, not drivable. Called them and they said there was nothing they could do. Luckily we called the bank and had the loan cancelled and they continued trying to stick us with this pickup we had no loan for, for over a week. Finally threatening lawyers and having the bank call them, they finally took the pickup back and paid for the car. It was a nightmare. No wonder they have the reviews they do. I'd be embarrassed to be a part of this team. Oh and the truck is back of for sale and they picked it up yesterday so I recommend not paying for the POS. read more

First off let me say this is nothing towards the sales guys. Our salesman was Paul (June 2020) and he was awesome. My husband purchased a motorcycle back in June and he is still waiting for his tags that we are constantly being lied to by Cindy ( supposedly Office Manager). 2 months maybe even more ago I started calling her. Left several messages with no call backs. Finally caught her via phone one day and she claimed his tags were being mailed from court house via UPS same day (Friday ) and we could pick up on Monday or later that day. We waited a week went to store on Sat . No one had a clue on where to look for tags . Monday of next week got her via phone and the new lie was oh I mailed them to your address and she confirmed my address. Still no tags. A month went by called and asked for higher management. Spoke with Jack (Sales Manager ) who basically blew me off and never returned my call back with an update. Left him several messages and no call back. Tried calling Cindy everyday VM always full and never answered the phone. Very Poor Customer Svc. So after 2 months of calling my husband was able to go by the store on his day off (Friday) Cindy was there and basically told him the same lie that she told me 2 months ago that his tags was being shipped from court house and she would overnight them to him . Well now it's Wednesday. So we went to store together since she continues to not answer the phone and basically lied to my face that the tags were over nighted. After calling her out on her lies I asked for tracking number In which should could NOT produce. I asked for papers showing where the tags were "supposedly" filed back in June/July when he made the purchase. She basically filed for the tags while I was standing there and tried to convince me that those were the original documents. I called her out again . This office Manager Cindy is a liar and makes your business look bad. And I know we are NOT the only ones she's done this to. So yes I'm filing complaints with BBB and Harris County as we paid for this as part of the sale and have yet to receive anything . STAY AWAY!!! I sell cars and this was bad. I recently purchased my first bike through them. At first It was a okay experience. Going through what sounds like a decent deal considering the market for anything is high right now. I purchased the bike from the south location and had it shipped it to my house. Within 24 hours it had a dead battery.$125 after riding it for a week of learning low speeds and turns, it needed a rear tire $150 I let them both slide because I'm a new rider it wouldn't kill me to spend $300. I even send my friend there to buy his first bike. After a month I decide to try to try to trade in I put a lot of money down so being in car sales I thought why not I maybe in equity. then the appraiser decided to completely low ball me. This is my first decision to try to cancel my warranty to lower the owed balance because I've already spent upwards of 3k on the bike. I don't need the warranty that I pretty much payed cash for not even knowing what this covers. I have called the warranty company and the finance guy to get this resolved and no-one seems to care about refunding a warranty that covers almost nothing. I'm tempted to reach out to a lawyer to get this handled. Learn from my mistake don't buy here hope this place goes under. I was told by many bike groups they had to change their name to Full Throttle because Team-x-treme had such a terrible reputation. Do yourself a favor buy from a different dealer there's plenty of others with good prices and will treat you right. Especially when they charge 750 for freight/Setup/Prep. I'm typing this on 11/2/2020 and I bought my motorcycle (paid in full) on 5/2/2020 AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY REGISTRAION AND TITLE!!!! Going on month 7 tomorrow!! I continue to get the run-around. I've also caught them in a lie saying they have tried mailing them TWICE and that they "must've gotten stolen", only later to have the title person tell me she had to re-apply for the title because they were declined the first time. Why didn't they have the title to begin with??? Currently, I have an attorney waiting for me to give the green light, but luckily the DMV is also working with me and has issued an investigation into the dealer, because apparently, I'm not the only one having this issue with them. Oh and last but not least, the bike didn't even make it home the day I bought it. They replaced basically the entire rear-end with used parts (I can tell due to the scratches and chipped paint). Do NOT do business with this company. They typically sell USED motorcycles for more than the retail prices for when the bikes were brand new!!!! For instance, they have a USED 2018 Kawasaki Z900 ABS for sale for $9,995.00. This bike retailed for $8,399.00 in 2018. The blue book on this bike is: $6,970.00. So let's do the math! They are selling the bike for approximately $1,700.00 more than it retailed for in 2018. They are also selling the bike for approximately $3,000.00 more than the retail blue book value. I called them today to ask why their prices are such a rip-off? The guy literally told me "the price is the price". Wrong answer! So what do we do when we run across companies that are a rip-off?
