Buying a new vehicle is never a wonderful, glorious, fun experience but EchoPark Automotive came pretty darn close to it. First off, this place is HUGE. Seriously it is massive and reminded us of an airport terminal. Clean, crisp, gorgeous. We were in the market for a used vehicle with lower miles and under $30k... originally we were eyeing a particular vehicle we found online. Just before arriving, we found a second vehicle we were interested in. We liked the fact that this place posts the actual price. There's no haggling here like traditional dealerships. Takes some of the stress out of buying. We met Ken (the manager) and Jacob (our salesman) upon entering. They were both WONDERFUL. Jacob was upfront with us and said he has been there a month. Honestly, we have bought numerous cars over the years and Jacob was THE BEST salesman we have encountered. He was not a sleazy, scummy, arrogant (typical "used car salesman" vibes). He was kind, caring and genuine. (Unless he really WAS a good salesman, tricking us... unlikely). It was actually hard to decide between the 2 vehicles but we went with the one that still had remaining factory warranty on it. Paperwork takes an eternity like expected as we didn't go through the process of pre approval with a bank. Despite closing at 9pm, Jacob stayed until 11pm to get our stuff finalized. As for our trade-in... ahead of time, I put in our vehicle info into the estimator and got an ok price. They have a $500 bonus if you sell it to them within 48-hours of the estimate. I know they do this to out added pressure on you, create urgency but we wanted to get a new vehicle soon anyways. The main "negative" as of now is that this place adds a $699 appearance protection plan to all their vehicles. You can NOT get out of it. They explained that they area high volume dealership and they sell their vehicles for less money and use the $700 to recoup some of the cost. But even with the $700, we felt good about the cost of the vehicle. So as of now, the car is running great and we HOPE we weren't sold a lemon like some other reviewers said. Fingers crossed!

Immaculate service here! I love the concept of not being immediately approached by the salesperson like most dealerships do because that would get me to turn back around and leave. The last time we were at a dealership, we spent the whole entire day which I did not want to do. A little tip: GET EVERYTHING SETTLED BEFORE YOU GO. It makes everything the whole process smooth and we were out of there within 2 hours. My husband got the insurance and the loan from USAA all ready to go. Just a few minor tweaks, but he was prepared. Plus, I'm sure it makes their lives easier as well. I love that during the additions, my husband didn't want any of it and no questions were asked. Our first visit was May 17, and my husband wanted test drive a few Ford Explorers to see if this would be the actual SUV I wanted. Unfortunately, the specific one he was eyeing for me was getting some cosmetic fixes done and wouldn't be available until a later date so we asked to test drive a similar one just a different color. Gene, was so helpful and got someone to assist us with bring the car around for a test drive. He tried to convince my husband to snag it, but he wanted to really think about it. Jumping to May 31, we ended up going back and this time around Asia assisted us. We gave the Explorer that I test drove a couple weekends ago and our fault was we didn't thoroughly look at the vehicle. It had some things that turned us off about it, so didn't want to get it. Fortunately, Gene had mentioned the actual one we were wanting to see a few weekends ago was still available so we did a thorough look on the inside, engine, and outside and it was in way better condition than the last one. Once we finally decided we were going to go ahead with this one instead of the other one, everything was done so quick. I think the longest part was waiting for the car to be finished getting washed. We were so please with the customer service from start to finish! Whenever it's time to possibly get another vehicle in the future, we will definitely keep this place in mind!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP! Unless you do your own research within their website, they do nothing to help you voluntarily. I purchased a car on January 22nd, and within the first day knew that I hated it. It never dawned on me that there was possibly a return option at this dealership. There were several features listed on the website that, in the end, the car did not actually have. I did not catch that until after the car had been contacted. As I say there were several other things about the car that I absolutely hated. Something made me do an AI search on their return policy and sure enough; they offer a seven day return policy or 250 miles. I was on the seventh day, but as it turned out, I was forty five miles over. It NEVER dawned on me to actually verify mileage they listed on paperwork. The only proof of mileage is the picture that they post online when they're posting their original listing. Their liar finance director, Umair, actually told me and my father that they take pictures of mileage right before a vehicle is contracted. I asked to see such picture and of course it could not be provided. Umair then, proceeded to tell me that the return policy they have on their website is more for mechanical issues and not one meant for customers to bring back a vehicle if they are unsatisfied for any reason. Again...WHAT! Not what it says on their website. Why the shadiness? Why not be up front with customers and let them know that their happiness and satisfaction genuinely does matter? Umair reminded me that's not the business he's in. His job is to move cars. Not a customers satisfaction. Gene Kakoma, GM for Stafford location assured me they would help me exchange vehicles for one that I wanted. I even went to location on 45 amd test drove a vehicle. Picked one out! NEVER ONCE did Gene say that the plan was going to be to "TRADE IN" the car that I had just purchased 7 days ago. I needed to get their appraisal department to appraise the vehicle that I had just purchased from them. SERIOUSLY! And once the appraisal came in, if there was a difference, they would roll it into the new contract. WHAT THE WHAT! lmao! I understand that this all on me in the end. I thought that I did my due diligence, obviously not well enough. There is no honor among thieves, and in the end that's exactly what they ALL ARE! Not one person was honest w me about anything. Their sales staff is just as shady. Won't waste my words on those knuckleheads. IF you decide to buy from these schiester's, know there is a 7 day happiness return policy. I've posted for your review. Good luck amd happy car buying.

Some of the cars here been mechanically repaired by them. The reason how I know is cause I recently bought the car less than two months ago, less than 1,000 miles driven and it broke down. The ford dealership told me that the cv axle came off slightly off the transmission case causing all the transmission fluid to come out and now the car doesn't want to drive forward or reverse. They told me that the cv axle looks new and has been recently repaired and that it wasn't installed right. If eco park had done thier multi inspection right they would've find out them selfs before they sold the vehicle and if they did knew about it then thier mechanics did a bad job on repairing the vehicle. How I know they have mechanics cause I spoke to one of them myself. I wouldn't trust buying a vehicle from here especially thier extended warranty which would make any excuse for not repairing the problem. There warranty company fidelity warranty services is a SCAM!! As you can see their other 1 star reviews are very similar that they will try to find an excuse to not cover the repairs. Warranty company has a 2 star overall which is bad

After having the WORST experience with a dealership pulling a bait and switch earlier in the day I decided to give Ecopark a try. I kept scrolling past their cars on Auto Trader because I thought they were one of those lots where you buy here pay here because I've never heard of them. Well I was wrong...very wrong. I called the number on their website to schedule a test drive and spoke with Carrie who was very understanding and clearly explained their business model. She assured me that the price listed is the price and there are no hidden fees. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted by Ms. Alex in the picture and she too was just as sweet as Carrie and just as informative. Long story short, Alex's professionalism, patience and her experience led me to drive off with the exact car I wanted. The lesson here is don't judge a book by it's cover the way I did and assume that because you've never heard of a business it's no good. I highly recommend you stop by to give them a shot.

BUYER BEWARE! They…read morebribe you to take down bad reviews (I was offered $1,500 but then would have to sign a legal document not sharing my bad experience anywhere.) The short version: They sold me a vehicle with thousands of dollars in existing issues. The long version: I live in Austin, so I had Anthony do a FaceTime tour of a Tesla Model X with me. He reiterated again and again how clean the vehicle was. Zooming in on a tiny little paint chip here or there, but everything else was "great." I bought the vehicle and had it shipped to Austin. First time driving it, I knew there were issues. 1. The A/C didn't work at all (huuuuge problem in a hot state like Texas.) 2. The vehicle, after driving for a bit, would go into "creep mode" where it wouldn't accelerate and said it needed to be taken in for service. 3. The passenger's rear side of the vehicle was covered in hail damage. It's cosmetic, but wasn't disclosed and majorly affects the re-sale value of the car. I contacted Anthony right away (literally day 1) to let him know about these 3 issues. No response. Gave it some time, pinged him again. No response. Weeks go by, and it's not until I left a 1-star review that all of a sudden they reached out and wanted to help...but only if I would take down the review. So I took it down because if they wanted to make it right, then I'm good with that. By this point, my vehicle was at the Tesla service center. When the bill came back for $2,500, they only offered to cover $1,500 because the vehicle "didn't have any issues" when it was with them Now my vehicle is in the shop for a second time because there was still the acceleration issue, so it's actually $3,700 total to get these issues fixed (not counting the body damage.) Very, very disappointing car buying experience and a super painful lesson that these guys either don't test the vehicles they get in...or they do and they lie about the condition they are in. Either way, buyer beware.
