We ordered the Caffe Gustoso, which came with chocolate truffles, a rich cup of coffee, and what was called a "mini-tiramisu". A proper tiramisu has lady finger cookies, which this didn't have: it's really more of a pudding. But, it's quite nice all the same. The flavors are certainly there. The truffles are little bombs of fudge: you will need a whole cup of coffee to wash each one down, since they're so rich. But, I do like the fact that it's not too sweet. The service was very friendly and attentive, which is always a good thing. I do want to return for a proper meal.

They did bring a little plate of green olives, which were really good, to my surprise. There were only a few dish options that were vegetarian, so I opted for the 4 Formaggi, basically Alfredo. It was ok, but I would not order it again. It was unbelievably rich so I could not eat much of it. Prices are pretty standard for Europe, with dishes costing between 15 to 20 EUROS. I would not pay that much for it here in America. So, if you are in a pinch, this restaurant is acceptable. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Pretty forgettable.

They rip visitors off during the trade shows by bumping their prices by 30% higher and adding additional bottles hoping you will not see it and changing them to large sizes. Another bad business practice is there are no signs in the bathroom that says employees must wash hands. The owner swears by not caring about the signs because there was no soap nor dispenser in the bathrooms and the paper towels are thrown everywhere. There were no wall units to hold the paper towels and soap. All in all, it means employees never wash. Service and communication is terrible. More employees are needed because we were waiting for ever that I had to help myself with napkins and utensils. I even had to go to the cashier after waiting 30 minutes for the check. With an attitude the cashier rudely tells me to get over here to sign, I barked back because there was no way to get there unless I hurdle over 4 sets of luggages. Now here is the story about ripping people off. I walked in wearing jeans and T-shirt with a 5 year old and they thought I was a local. They handed me a menu with no white markup stickers. I ordered my 5 year small bottle of water for 2.5 and frutti Mari dish for 13. You see on the receipt, they marked it up to 16 and they charged me 6 for 2 bottles which I only ordered one for 2.5. My dish was the veal for 17 and they marked it up to 23 (I accidentally wrote 19 on receipt). Then I order my drink for 4.5 and they marked it up to 7. I complained that these are not the prices that was on the menu. They showed me the menu and every line having a white markup sticker with higher prices. I told them that was not the menu they have me. So another words, they give locals original menus and convention attenders a different menu that is 33% higher. Included in the pictures below are the unprofessional markup stickers that are hand written along with my receipt and the difference in euros that they paid me back after yelling at me. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS, they love ripping visitors off because most likely they will never be back for continuous business. And thank you to these 2 rude waitresses.
