You guys, the reviews are not lying! Sometimes when a business has nothing but good reviews, it may seem too good to be true. I can assure you, they are as good as they seem online. I texted the number on the their site around 2:30pm. I got a response in about a minute, no joke! He arrived at my house at 4:45pm and was done in about 15 minutes or less. We had great conversation, he was very friendly and kind. I am extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient the installation was done and how the customer service was overall. The owner of the company showed up. His name is Jason, He was very , personable and knowledgeable. We discussed what my security concerns and goals were, Jason took his time and did a thorough walk through explaining potential security vulnerabilities that I overlooked, more importantly advised me on the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my home. He also pointed out that my existing security system is hooked up to the telephone line which in the event of a burglary can be cut. New technology runs on cellular networks. Can't say enough good things about the quality of the service I received…read more During the time of COVID, service has been more important than ever. And services that deliver are super important and in high demand. I got quotes from several services on Yelp. Aoun from RCJ was the most straight forward. He communicates really well and is eager to please clients. We set an appt for 2PM. He texted me at 11AM and said he could move it up to 12:00. He arrived at 12:00 on the dot. That is miraculous in this age of 6-hour windows. I needed to have installed: Smart Lock, Video Doorbell, Co2 detector, Smoke Detector, Leak Sensor and glass break sensor. These were being added to my existing security system. So, besides physical installation, they had to be integrated (even something as simple as smoke detector). The job went so smoothly that it was almost unnerving. No grumbling of how a part didn't fit or something wasn't going well. No calls to tech support or trips to the store. Aoun was ready for everything. Fabulous disposition and so helpful in showing me how everything worked. Took extra time to make sure it was working properly and that I understood it all. After nightmarish experiences with Best Buy and other installers whose customer service is in the other side of the world, it is fabulous to find a local company whose technical skill, pricing and customer service all get top marks!
