His repairs will work for a day, and immediately stop working probably due to lazy repair methods. Once you contact him to tell him that his repairs are faulty, he will then tell you to research how to fix it yourself and not offer any sort of refund or any sort of guidance to you, and then ignore your calls, or even answer the door. I'm upset about this poor business practice, and hope people reading this will think twice before contacting Paul for computer help...

Amazing simply put, is a mild understatement when describing A2Z Squads (Arissona's) tremendous knowledge base, service and overall best company ever! My PC got "hacked" and it was 100% my fault in by allowing a hacker to remotely use my PC, believing I was speaking to a representative from Paypal. NOT! Arissona came out to my residence on a SUNDAY@11:00 sharp(time appointment was scheduled for) and worked on my PC for several hours in my residence. It was then recommended that he take my computer home with him, so that he can perform a full system recovery, which can take several hours....I agreed, and off went my my PC. Today, Monday 8/22/16, Arrisona returned my PC and announced that on 2nd thought, he decided not to run a full recovery as we all know what a pain in the neck it is to start anew, having to reload all your software etc...What impressed me the most is that Arissona actually took the time and consideration to think of how much a system recovery would only be troublesome for myself but time consuming as well. Who does that now-a-days I ask you? NOBODY in the technical support area that I know of! He ended up locating the "corrupt" settings by running msconfig, replacing all my security,and did it all with a smile on his face. A2Z Squad is by far, hands down, the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. In all my 21 years of using PC's and learning about all the problems which can arise, I have never met anyone like Arissona before.There aren't enough adjectives in the dictionary for me to describe how amazing he and A2Z Squad is!! I thought my computer had been hacked, and I was in panic mode. Arissona took the computer and began checking it immediately. The next day he called to say that it had no virus, but it did need new ant-virus software which he installed. It's hard to say what I liked more: the prompt service, Arissona's knowledge, his ability to communicate in a way that I could understand, or the fact that he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need.
