I walked in today and was glad to see there were not very many customers but then I started to realize it was because more than half of their washers are out of order. I know things are expensive now a days but with the raise in prices to wash and dry your clothes you would think you could find a way to fix or buy more washers so that your customers can continue to come here and not have to fight with the few customers here to get a working washer. I probably will not come back at this point.

This was the third try and still not the best. I have to admit, my clothing did get cleaned but it was such a dirty location. They even had an attendant on duty, so I can't figure out WHY SO DIRTY....the washers are filthy. I didn't want to even put my body against them while I put my clothes in and out. The tops where you put the clothing in was filthy, I wanted to ask her for a cleaning cloth to clean it before I washed my dirty clothing in it. It cost $2.50 per load to wash the clothing, and .25 cents per 5 minutes to dry them per load. I guess that is about average, but much more expensive than I am used to in Nashville, Tn. I am still looking for a laundry mat to be happy with. If anyone is looking for a business to start...a clean laundry mat with wifi would be a start.

I spoke with the employee about this and he seemed plagued by not knowing how to deal with/enforce this issue. I suggested he may need to call the police. While this attendant came through regularly sweeping, there was no sanitizing of the machines with what seemed to be a pretty full house on a Sunday afternoon. These machines are very outdated -- some appearing as if they could be from the 50/60s (no joke). Not even a place for bleach which I DEF would need to sanitize clothes in this unsanitized establishment. I came prepared to wash 6-7 loads but was completely creeped out with the issues stated above so I only washed two comforter loads given I had just driven 40 min based on the Google reviews for this location vs laundromats in Huntington. I couldn't even take pics as I wanted to leave the place ASAP.

I even saw him help an older person seal their clothes in bags and carry out them out to thier car. It was clean, lots of room to fold your clothes. It was a busy Sunday when we were there. Parking was a little tricky but no problem finding a empty washer/dryer. There were travel baskets in there for moving your clothes from place to place and the people in there also doing their clothes were friendly. Nice safe place to take care of your laundry business. Thankfully I brought some detergent. I didn't see a place to buy some if you don't have it but that doesn't mean it wasn't available to buy.

I called the manager. She said that she would look into refund my money. I called a second time because it had stopped again. They was supposed to refund my money. Called four times in the next two weeks finally got the owner. He said that he had refunded me $35 when he had only refunded me 19.75. The machine says one price but then they charge you another price a higher price. I don't suggest anyone go there. I will never go there again. They're bad for business. The machines don't work. They take your money and don't be refunded. Then they lie to you when you call them. I give them a -4 out of 10.
