A little over a year later I accidentally dropped my phone approx 2 ft. My screen cracked. I went to pull of the damaged protector only to find out what they had put on was a piece of film that gave my screen no protection. They would not do anything to help repair my phone unless I paid over $200 including tax. Their negligence in removing my protective screen and replacing it with essentially a piece of saranwrap should have been covered by them. I did the right thing they did not. I reccomend trying one of the other reputable repair places in town. Try Geosat or Global both have good ratings and couldn't give worse service.

I called a week later and two weeks later -- still no part. Finally, the third time I called, they said had had computer issues and lost track of my contact information but the part had arrived. It took another five days before the (excellent) repair person could install it, which took him about 15 minutes. Altogether we waited 23 days for the repair, which was only done because I kept calling them. Not impressed.
